Andreya is always so pleasant and kind. I feel so relaxed and taken care of. And she is so good with my lashes, which is a huge challenge since they are just growing in from scratch after my chemo treatments. After what I went through, having lashes makes me feel beautiful and like my old self again

TL;DR Over priced for the treatment you receive.I’ve pasted a copy of the email I sent to the salon owner, general manager, and location manager (Happy Valley). I did not get a response (see update below).Good afternoon,Because I’ve received text messages requesting feedback from The Lash Lounge, I thought it important to share with you why I will no longer be using your Happy Valley salon.I’ve been a customer for nearly a year and generally enjoy getting my lashes done. I tried another salon once to save a little money and found The Lash Lounge (specifically Julya) to be worth the extra cost.On Sunday, October 8th, at 8:34am, I booked and was confirmed for an appt that day at 4pm with Rachelle. At 3:03pm I received a text letting me know my stylist was available and I could be seen any time. I was not able to come early so I did not respond. I left my house at 3:30. I received a text at 3:36pm asking me for an ETA. I was driving and I didn’t respond. And why would I? I was actually put off by the message, but I was confirmed for 4pm and would be arriving by 3:50pm, and so assumed it was some type of error. I had no reason to believe there was an issue. At 3:42pm I then received a call so I pulled over and text back that my appt was not until 4. I immediately got a response that my appt was at 3:30pm, Rachelle had another booking at 4:30pm, and would I like to reschedule. I called and was asked if I could send a screenshot of my confirmation - I let her know I was up the road and would be happy to show her.When I arrived I was told by Piper that she didn’t know who changed my appointment (if this isn’t traceable, it should be) and she was sorry. But she couldn’t offer me an explanation as to why I needed to reschedule rather than the customer booked for 4:30pm - other than the other customer had already been rescheduled once that day. Really.I’d like to point out - I’ve rescheduled appointments before and have received an immediate update text message every single time. I did not get one Sunday.I don’t believe that no one knows who changed the appointment and then took action to ensure I didn’t get a message about it being changed (because I certainly hadn’t agreed to change it). I don’t understand why another customer’s appointment is more important than mine or why another customer having had to be rescheduled that day is my problem. I’d just spent 20 minutes driving in and then 20 minutes driving home. On my one day off last week. It was ludicrous to me that I was the one being asked to reschedule - the customer that has already arrived. I was there, in the lobby, 10 minutes early, for a confirmed appt.I’ve never arrived late. I’m respectful of the stylists’ time. I expect my time to be respected as well. That certainly didn’t happen here. I also can’t see doing business with a company/people I don’t trust. Someone changed that appointment (and made sure I wasn’t notified) because someone decided another appointment was more important than mine; that my time was less valuable. So be it.I’m also a habitual, dedicated customer. I’m nearly as upset about having to find another salon as I am about the appointment. And now another salon will be earning the ~$2500 a year I’m spending on service’s and other stylists will be earning the $600 a year I spend in tips.Thank you for your time,NicholeUpdate: I did get a response with a very nice offer of free services. I’ve opted not to accept.

Great customer service which can be hard to find these days. They've been very understanding when I had to adjust my appointments because I had emergency surgery and than had to pause my account because I got pneumonia. Where some places would have given me a hard time or no communication. They give you beautiful lashes and are professional!

Got me in right at my appointment time. Place is so clean and inviting. The chairs are comfortable and they offered me a blanket. Brianne was very gentle with my lashes and made sure I didn't have any discomfort. Loved the results. My lashes look really good. She was so professional. Very affordable. I will absolutely be back for another lash tint.

Went for my first time to get a Lash lift and tint deal. Sammie J was very sweet and professional. There was some mild irritation but I blame that on my sensitive skin lol. It was tolerable and I almost fell asleep a few times during the application. The only minor issue I have with my lashes was they were overly curled and bending into my eyelids so I took the spoolie that was given to me, ran a slight bit of water into them and gently brushed and repositioned. They look absolutely PERFECT now. I give 4 stars out of 5 only because they were too curled but it was an easy fix! You have a customer for life.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for about 3 months now. Sammie has done my lashes every time and is amazing. She knows her stuff and is able to answer any question I have and gives great aftercare advice. I highly recommend Sammie.

Holy smokes! I got lashes done somewhere else about 6 months ago and they were just ok. Decided to try again and Andreya did such an amazing job! People are complimenting me and my close friends say how natural they look! I will definitely be back!

I'm not happy with the color of my eyebrows. Hopefully they will be fixed correct color at the next and last appointment. So far I've spent over $700.00 and still not satisfied, with the price or progress so far.

Mirjeta is in training and gave me my lash and eyebrow tint today. She did such an amazing job! No irritation like I’ve had in the past and she nailed the color I was wanting for my eyebrows. She was gentle and took her time and made sure to check at the end that I was happy with the results. So happy I went to her!

Decided to give this place another try, as it’s closer to home, really disappointed. lashes have already all fallen off and it been exactly 7 days. This happened last time as well? not new to lashes either so I don’t understand why this is happening?

I was trying this place because my regular lash girl is on vacation. I'm not a fan of the "corporate " feel of this place. The woman that did my lashes explained that they charge by the lash and the whole time she was trying to upsell me on products sold in the lobby. You could tell she is pressured to push their product. Once done, I had huge gaps on my lashes and I couldn't tell they were filled. Super disappointed. I won't be back. The picture on the left is BEFORE and the right is AFTER. NO DIFFERENCES.
