“NVS Glassworks on Woodstock Blvd is one of the nicest head shops I’ve been to. Huge selection of quality rigs, bangers, nails, and some of the dopest dope pokey stabby's in Portland. ??
They’ve also got some super pretty bongs, pipes, and nectar collectors. You can tell the local artists care, glass pieces that feel like they're made with love and attention. ?
Really fair prices, worth the quality. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.
And don't forget about the stickers! I almost had to buy them out, I mean, just look at the pics. lol ?

“I visited Broadway Cigar while out of town on a work trip and had a coworker with me on 11/7/25. The minute we entered the store, Jonathan up front was very polite, helpful and enthusiastic! The humidor was stocked with a good variety of cigars that were priced very much like many of the cigar venues in Dallas, TX. We were shown the smoking areas and introduced to Michelle who hosted us while we enjoyed our purchases there. We were treated to some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced. “I have been regularly coming to this shop for all of my vape and glass needs since I moved to Lake Oswego which was a little over a year ago now and as someone who has patronized many countless head shops, smoke shops, vape shops, etc. over the years, this shop easily stands out as one of the overall finest shops I've had the pleasure of giving my business.
They have an exceedingly diverse selection of products which covers every end of the smoke-shop-spectrum whether you are seeking tobacco/vape products or cannabis/CBD products, which when paired with their incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff who don't mind taking the time to help you find the right solution or product for you (and at extremely competitive prices, to boot!), I think it's pretty obvious why I have grown to appreciate this shop so much due to the way they conduct their business!

I always stop here first before I go to Safeway because the folks that work here are all very kind people. They greet you warmly, help you find what you’re looking for, have a good selection, and have very fair prices.
