So my dad went here to report fraud on his bank account, the bank teller was so rude and was accusing him of fraud himself and was saying he was lying. I don't have her name, but I will update. Beyond disappointed and disgusted

This bank closed down my account the other day without my knowledge because I didn't have a mask on. My money is in the mail somewhere for the next week or so. This is how they treat customers. They took my ID and card and wouldn't let me leave to go to another place.. I finally got my rent money out and checked my app when I got home. That's when I found out they closed my account.. do not bank with these people!!!! P.s. Mercedes didn't have a mask on until she heard the guy yelling at me

Unfortunately after 25 years of banking here. I am done. Mercedes attitude was the last straw. I wasn't asking for a miracle I was asking for help. Unfortunately without there manager customer services flys out the window. I closed my account immediately. Best decision of my life. On point will get my business and investments and be helpful and kind while doing it.

AC isn't working. They have 4 people in line. 4 male managers are standing around while one young lady is working. Hum...not a good look
