This bank is one of the most friendliest banks and you are greeted with a smile. All the tellers are very personable and friendly. They take care of your needs in a very timely manner. Thank you US Bank for your assistance on the 27th. It was greatly appreciated.

Please, please stop calling me. I have never step foot in this branch and yet I regularly receive marketing calls from them. I suppose a thank you is in order for at least letting me know in your voicemails that you are not calling for any urgent reason, but please if you feel the need to call for any non-urgent matter, don't call at all.

I was recently almost the victim of a scam, but was saved and relieve of the stress from two young ladies at this branch. I was told I had a warrant against me, and i had to bring money to a police station (that didn't actually exist). Unfortunately this overlapped with a real life situation where I was called as a court witness, but it was cancelled. So I completely fell for it. I was trying to take out thousands of dollars in cash advance to bail myself out, and the teller, Rubby, told me it was a scam. The young lady next to her, Rachel, confirmed that. Rubby told me she would not give me the cash for my protection. Rubby had me sit down and call the appropriate law officials to confirm it was a scam. They were right, and saved me from losing thousands. The thing is, since there wasn't actually a police station, and the area is deserted on Saturday, I would have probably been car-jacked for the money when I got to the area. So, they might have saved me from physical harm also. Thank you ladies!

So my dad went here to report fraud on his bank account, the bank teller was so rude and was accusing him of fraud himself and was saying he was lying. I don't have her name, but I will update. Beyond disappointed and disgusted

We’ve used this branch every since the mall branch closed around the start of covid. I’m in quite often with business transactions and have done a lot of people watching. My experiences with everyone there has always been wonderful. I’m happy to be so well served by everyone!This branch does a lot of merchant transactions which can involve a lot of deposits, at random, which takes time. Expect some long waits sometimes. Don’t rush in at the last hour, because so is everyone else. I feel like half the grumpy people seem to think you don’t need an ID(seriously it’s a bank, of course you need one) or are asking for something super obscure. Appointments are need for a lot of larger things like loans, new accounts etc…otherwise waits would be even longer. And call the 800 number for help. They can’t always answer here because they have to help people inside first!Stay awesome ladies!

Cannot reach someone on the phone at the branch. Cannot leave a message or number for a call back. The phone system just hangs up on you.Business Banking, Digital Banking, and Customer Service cannot help or transfer you between areas. They do not know what each other can/cannot do. Simple business shared access minimum functionality is taking weeks and hours of phone time to sort out. This amounts to customer torture!

This is been a great bank. Plenty of parking. The tellars have been courteous and friendly. Helpful. Lobby clean. My dog loves this place for the treats. We frequent the drive thru regularly.

Sarah is the meanest teller of all I have ever encountered. She does not like to help people. Several times already she told me that I cannot get served in the drive through, because I have more than two transactions. All other tellers never have any issues helping me and are very nice and friendly, but this one stands out as a meanie.

Beware! I tried to make a deposit at one of the ATMs here on a Sunday (November 14th, 2022) The deposit was $600+. The ATM malfunctioned and kept my money. I was later credited with $240. Whoever had to deal with the money in that ATM the next day got a sweet payday at my expense.

Under staffed. Don't count on a quick visit inside. Especially when busy. But that seems to be the same for the area. Worse when they have poor attitude's.
