The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Consistently rude staff, constantly delayed prescriptions (including vitally medically necessary ones), and do not ever answer their phone (have been on hold for going on 2 hours). I will be changing pharmacies to a company that isn't Walgreens. Highly recommend not wasting your time here.

Terrible pharmacy! My partner and I had vaccination appointments at this location yesterday. We got confirmation and reminder emails about them. When we showed up to the appointment, the pharmacy was closed. When we asked about our appointments, they just repeated that the pharmacy was closed with no explanation. We didn't get any notification that our appointment was canceled. They just let us show up! Don't waste your time with this location.

My doctor recommended I stop at Walgreens to pick up some pain meds. Limping my way in, I asked the cashier if he knew what the med was and showed him a picture hoping he would help me. He had no idea what the medication was but directed me to the first aid section which isn't the right section; however, I found the right aisle (I would've walked the customer to that aisle and help them find it, but that's me). After wobbling my way around the pain relief aisle with no success, I went to the pharmacy to ask for help. They seemed uninterested and directed me back to the same aisle, nothing! No one to turn to for help or anyone who has the competence and the care to help, I left. What happened to customer service?! Walgreens' service is gone!

The HappyValley Walgreens is in super convenient location. However, the pharmacy staff are beyond horrible. In addition, plan on waiting at least 30 minutes to get your prescription. They are not in a hurry at all and seem to be doing anything else other than helping customers. I have been there several times right when they open and they are consistently 10 minutes late opening the gates or window.

This is the biggest joke of a pharmacy i have ever seen. I have been a customer here since it opened and service has progressively gone in the trash! They accidently over charge. Never have medication (mind you been a customer with the same meds forever) partical fill and dont tell you. And dont own solving any of it. I have tried to stick it out but i jist cant any longer They reduced there hours as well. Save yourself big headaches and go somewhere else!

Came to this Walgreens on March 4 at 9:35pm to find the doors locked and one of the cashiers standing at the register looking at me from inside. The store is listed as closing at 10pm and there was no sign on the door saying otherwise . Finally the cashier came to the door to mumble barely audibly that they were closed. I reminded her that they have over 25 minutes left and she said they are doing a “system reset “. I work in grocery and those get done after the store is closed if you’re smart. So me and 4 other carloads of potential customers had to leave and find what they need elsewhere. Hey management !!! You may want to check into what your night crew is up to. This isn’t the first time this place has been closed before your posted hours.

They play creepy clown/circus music 24/7. It's super unsettling. I'd rather go without my antipsychotics than to go to this location to psychotic crazy music.

Clean store with well lit, spacious aisles. Convenient drive thru that's not just for prescription pick up. Recently I was in the area for an appointment and wanted to print some photos. I uploaded the pics using the Walgreens app, and applied the 50% off coupon (always available.) Ten minutes later I went through the drive thru, picked them up, and was on my way without having to get out of the car. They have 2 EV charging stations in the parking lot and a redbox movie and game kiosk out front. People still use these?Seems like all Walgreens and Riteaids get slammed for their pharmacy experiences. I've never had an issue but this review is for the store only.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Stuff is rarely ready on time even when they call constantly to say it's ready. They are randomly closed. Drive through is also randomly closed. Such a horribly managed business.

I've had SO MANY issues with this pharmacy it's unreal. They close early when they feel like it - totally unexpectedly. I've needed urgent medication and drove 40 mins because I wasn't close to home for this med for my child and I walk in like 3 mins before the pharmacy closed and I RUN to the back where the pharmacy is and the pharmacist was literally walking away and had everything LOCKED UP! I was livid !!! so I transferred the prescription to a 24 he one 40 mins from where I just CAME FROM- in rush hour traffic. needless to say- Don't go here if u can !!!

Quite literally the poorest customer service I think I've ever received in my life. The pharmacy supervisor there is the rudest person and treats people so extremely condescendingly. I've never experienced this in any store, ever. Such a hassle getting anything refilled, poor communication. I can deal with the rest, but at least your customers like they're human. They should really do something about this.

Do not let them scan your original label when returning fed ex package.Fedex give me a QR code for my return. Walgreen staff insisted on scanning the label on my package (which was used to ship to me) instead of using the return qr code. They said it’s fine using either one. Guess what, the package was then shipped to my place again, instead of returning to the seller.Now I have to bring it to Fed ex again to actually return my package.Walgreens staff needs better training on fedex returning.

Worst experience - They dont publish the bad review on their wensite, okay, here you go Your business is a JOKE, absolutely a JOKE. I ordered Burberry parfum online, went to the location to pick up a bit early. I asked staffs over there to help me, all i got is "we dont see your order" even though I gave them the confirmation email. Also, the staff lady told me they dont have the kind I ordered here. So that means, Walgreen website is NOT updated. Fine, i bought another one because i need it for the birthday party. Came home, got another email for the online order said " your order is delayed". Lying game started. Then later one, I got another email saying "you have cancelled your order". Excuse me, what? You delayed my order, then your lying system found out you guys did not have the item and cancelled my order by itself and blamed me it was me cancelled it. I contacted support, a guy called me, he did confirm that he did not find anywhere that i cancelled my order and it was system error. That all, so much frustration and very bad bad experience with Walgreens. I hope they can read my feedback and find a way to improve their service because honestly support did NOT do much to help client at all, both online and in store as well, location at Happy Valley Oregon

We will no longer be using this pharmacy or any Walgreens ever again for that matter. Called today and told the late afternoon pharmacist that I wanted to fill a prescription that had been transferred to a different state (because my Dad was dying) and they (in the other state) were unable to fill. She told me if the prescription wasn't covered by insurance she was NOT going to fill it. I asked her why not? She said because I wasn't going to pay for it!!!???!!!!!!! I NEVER said that and it was a very weird presumption on her part. I said "I sure as hell am going to pay for it because I need it." She then told me I was cussing at her because I said "sure as HELL." I told her the use of the word hell was not directed at her and that it reflected how emphatic I was about getting (and paying for) my medicine. She talked over me and told me my prescription had been cancelled and that I would need to call my doctor again to have it reissued and then she hung up on me, mid sentence. Her attitude, tone and presumptions were completely unprofessional . Management should fire her, give her a vacation and/or insist on counseling therapy, because treating customers like this is just plain wrong! Follow up note: At my request, CVS called Walgreens in the other state and transferred the prescription today. Apparently, the so called "cancellation" that was reported to me... did not exist.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Who closes early Saturday night and completely on Sunday??? Try talking to them on the phone and you'll wait 45 min to hour, just for them to hang up on you.
