awful customer service. Made an appointment for vaccines. Got a call weeks later, the day of the appointment, that they were cancelling it because it was booked too close to the pharmacy closing (even though the site let me book the slot). I also had to call them back because they left a vague voicemail on my phone to call them. then I waited ON HOLD for 30+ minutes before anyone answered.... and was promptly told I had to rebook my vaccines because there were no longer any spots. just an awful experience with walgreens. I normally do not use Walgreens for vaccines and now I definitely never will.

There is nothing good to say about this pharmacy. They will not answer their phone, ever! Every time I call I'm on hold over an hour and finally hang up and go down there. Does there phone system work?

This Walgreens does a good job in a sometimes-difficult neighborhood. They have been very helpful when I had special pharmacy issues, and their selection of general items in the store is great. They have some magazines I haven't seen anywhere else. A bonus is that they share a large parking lot with a Trader Joe's and some other stores and restaurants, so it's easy to park once and do several errands.

The pharmacy is staffed by the saddest, most spaced out, unhelpful, miserable, overworked yet lazy looking staff. I never know if they will be open during their stated business hours. Prescriptions filled late (on their end- I order in a timely manner) with no explanation or god forbid, an apology. Ha ha nooooo. They were bad before the pandemic, but since 2020 they seem on the verge of collapse every time I deal with them. I keep going back! Because I live close by. But I need to re think that. Somehow doubt that any Walgreens in or around Portland is any better. Advice: don't develop chronic illnesses requiring prescriptions filled at Walgreens by Johnson Creek Blvd.

We had an appointment at 5pm for my daughter to get a covid booster. We didn't leave until nearly 6pm. What is the point of an appointment? It took 20-30 minutes just to check in. Then after sitting and waiting for 15 minutes the pharmacist tosses the clip on the counter telling the staff that "he didn't sign the paper," without even checking who it was for. They handed me someone else's paperwork to sign. The last thing I want is them to mix up the paperwork for a booster for my 7!year old with an adult. Seriously get it together. The only saving grace was the woman in the festive sweater at the window. She was nothing but merry.

I scheduled my flu shot appointment in advance along with filling out the online form thinking that I would be in and out for my appointment. I arrived 15 min early in which the front office assistant at the pharmacy took all of that time to update my account. I had to fill out the form that I had already filled out online. I then waited another 20 min to be vaccinated. There was only one other person in line. I'm pretty sure they had forgotten about me because once the other person came and got in line, the front office assistant saw me and I was called within a minute. No apologies were given for my wait. Including the drive there and back home, this was a one hour long appointment. My advice, schedule your appointment elsewhere or walk in since the appointment times don't mean anything.

Multiple times the pharmacy has been closed outside of listed hour. The staff was also incredibly rude when explaining why they were suddenly closed. Not reliable, bad service, avoid if possible.

The pharmacy techs here always have so much attitude. Why work in an industry that's supposed to help people if you don't like people? Don't come here if you need a prescription or a vaccine, go somewhere else.

Weekday staff are usually pretty nice, help you get in and out quickly. The weekend staff float around like Hogwarts ghosts... Ya they're there, but how useful are they really? Store is always clean, and it's conveniently located next to a trader Joe's I go to frequently.

I have to say I never thought I would have much to say about shopping at a Walgreens but my expense tonight deserved a mention. I don't expect much from a drugstore especially not right before closing but this store gets an A + The young man (a manager) was downright lovely. He was super friendly to everyone and offered to go out of his way to help me find something multiple times. He had a positive attitude that was contagious. Also the store was fully stocked and merchandised, and sparkly clean. Wow. Well played Walgreens. Well played.

I went in yesterday for a passport photo. The lady at the front register was really nice. But a young man in the photo department helped with the photo. He was super professional and nice to myself and another customer he was helping at the same time! Both were great representatives of their store!

I have been waiting a week to get my refill I REQUESTED. Meawhile I have received requests from Walgreens to take refills on scripts I do not need! What is wrong with your system. Close on Sunday due to alleged lack of staff. No drive through for me to avoid Covid exposure. Now they are going to give out masks when I can’t get my needed prescriptions filled.!

Jenny “The Pharmacy Manager” had terrible customer service. I completely understand there was a shortage on staff due to ‘employee illness’ However, that does not excuse her behavior. She took the time to help another customer 3 times and when it was time to help us she said “ I can’t help everyone “ mind you the RX had already been filled and was ready for pickup. Not only was her lack of personal skill in speaking with a customer horrid; we’re persons of color who were in need of an item for our health, the fact that she went back several times to help a non person of color speaks volumes. Meanwhile, in the time she spent arguing with us about how she couldn’t fill the RX, we could’ve been on our way without incident and the issue would’ve been resolved without comment.

Very understaffed, don't have a working phone system currently
