Worst customer service I ever experienced when it comes to loading money on a card. The manager said he can't help me and I went to different location and they were able to help me out. I don't know what the manager problem was but I wish he will be replaced.

DO NOT GO HERE! after 3 weeks of going back and forth between my dogs vet approving multiple requests for 1 single refill and walgreens saying it was denied, I finally just got a new script and went to fred meyers..The pharmacy techs I spoke with were INCREDIBLY rude as well, not answering questions (literally just staying silent when you ask a question on the phone). Plus when you call there is a 30+ minute wait.I'm suspicious that the pharmicists/techs are taking the narcotic pills and telling customers the refills are denied. ..VERY SHADY!!!!!!!!!!

Can’t get through to the pharmacy. I call. The IVR statement says it can’t help and it will get a human in the line. Then I’m stuck on hold. Once, when I got through the hold queue, a human on the other end just picked up their phone, then put me back on hold. This repeated three times until the phone system patched me through to another line that just rang for two minutes until I was disconnected.This is worse than negligence or disorganization.This is active malice.People need their pharmaceuticals.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are great. They try their best and I appreciate the work they do. They clearly are battling many other larger issues within the health system than what meets the eye. I am ok being patient for them.This review is about a clear system issue Walgreens has. They obviously don’t provide their staff the time and resources to be successful. They need to hire more staff and I can see why the pharmacy teams want to unionize. If a team is failing, look at the leader.

Similar to others—I was on hold for 1 hr, then someone picked up and hung up. Called back, been another 50mins. I give up.

This pharmacy is constantly understaffed. We've done business there for many years, but it's gotten to the point where the customer service is at a zero. If you need to call about a prescription, you're on hold forever until they disconnect. It's now unusual to find more than one person working. How accurate could they be if they are spread so thin. This could be a life-threatening situation. I've got choices, and it's time to give up on them.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. My doctor tried calling here for hours and wasn't able to send a prescription here. When you're waiting for a prescription, you hear the phone going off the entire time with absolutely no one even trying to answer it. They don't care and it's awful

The store hours listed that they were open till 10pm. I went to pick up some things at 9:15pm and they were closed. They need to fix the hours listed if they are not going to stay open until their listed times. I wasted so much time making the trip in to pickup items when they weren’t even open.

Don't bother trying to schedule anything at this pharmacy. They do not respect your time and won't honor the scheduled appointment time. Other patrons who were also waiting for appointments had reported waiting 45+ minutes PAST their scheduled time, with no end in sight.

With a little grace and empathy, this pharmacy isn't as bad as the reviews. I've never had an issue. The wait time averages out to be 3-5 minutes because there are a lot of people filling their medications. The pharmacy has always been staffed and working really hard to satisfy their customers.

Drive thru was closed and sign said staffing issue. So I walked inside. I waited standing in line nearly 15 minutes. Finally I got to the window. I paid, then the clerk put Rx on a chair to wait for consult w a pharmacist. Another 5 or 6 minute wait, and i left despite the fact I'd already paid for meds. Horrible staffing issues. Don't go to this pharmacy!! And I have a very bad back. Last year was with Fred Meyer. Rarely was drive thru closed.

Pharmacy is unreliable and frustrating to work with. I have to beg for my medication to live my life. Healthcare should not be for profit. Shame on those at the top collecting too much while refusing to pay higher wages and hire more staff. Disgusting.

**DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOUR MEDICATION IS URGENT** This place is wild. They take days to fill prescriptions and provide inaccurate information about their readiness. They take forever to get through customers. I called and listened to the line say “there is one caller ahead of you” for over an hour. My guess is that they basically just leave the phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer. I’m amazed a nationwide pharmacy can get away with this level of service.

Would recommend not using this one until staffing issue gets resolved. Ordered prescription, had billing issue had to get the order resubmitted again. Couldn’t fulfill order, so it required me to call but wait time was over 45 minutes before I just gave up and transferred to different location.

The pharmacy staff is always rude. You get text messages that your RX is ready and when you get there they say it's not, or the pharmacy is closed. Even when its posted on the website its open.Today I went in there and asked why their pharmacy drive thu is always closed. (I have little ones so it's easier) they use the staffing excuse. And that they were closed the past 2.5 days. I said yeah I've been trying to get my RX, that I can't just stop taking and the guy didn't seem to care. He was just rude and said not to take it out on him. I said can you transfer my file to another location and he wouldn't help with that. Said i had to do it myself. On my way out I decided I will see if I could talk to a store manager. The cashier up front made it sound like there wasn't a manager there and that the corporate person was in the pharmacy. The person I described to her that helped me in the pharmacy was corporate. Walgreens you should be ashamed, having corporate treat a customer so rude. You have lost a long time customer. That was your last chance after always being so rude. If I could leave a zero start I would. Look at your start reviews for the sunnyside location could not get much worse.
