Went in to browse nail stuff and ended up just kinda looking around and leaving because they didn't have what I wanted. As I'm leaving I'm taking a sip of a Gatorade I bought at fred meyer next door and the morbidly obese cashier says, "are you gonna pay for the beverage" and I said, "no, I came in with this". Then she LIES and says she saw me get it out of the cooler (it was lukewarm atm, obviously hadn't come out of a cooler recently). And I said, "roll back your cameras because I came in with this" then walked out the door. Next an irate older male employee ran out after me and told me to never come back. So, I got into my wallet, pulled out my Fred Meyer receipt from when I bought the drink a few hours earlier and walked back in to show it to the cashier. She then proceeded to back peddle and say she never accused me of stealing anything and to just leave. I've had way too many experiences like this at Walgreens and won't be shopping at any of them anymore. And I plan to write a letter to corporate about their employees incredibly unprofessional behavior. I've worked as loss prevention before and the reason we have such strict rules about having to see the merchandise being taken off the shelf, having to see it be concealed and having to maintain a visual on the person doing this until they pass the point of sales is so innocent people don't get accused of stealing. Walgreens needs to get their s#!¥ together when it comes to security and loss prevention. ???

Doesn’t have their stuff together at all. I one seems to know what they’re doing. It’s a distasteful experience. Waited nearly 15 minutes for them to get together prescriptions they said they had ready hrs ago.

It should not be normal to wait 40 minutes past your appointment time to get a vaccine when the pharmacy is not busy. Especially if you arrive early. Go anywhere else.

45 minutes and counting in the drive thru pickup line. This is a common occurrence in either walk in overdrive thru. Time to find another pharmacy that has adequate staffing.

I drive for a living. Bathrooms are a luxury. A week ago I stopped here for some snacks, a drink and hopefully a bathroom. What I found was snacks, a drink, a bathroom, and an employee I won't soon forget. They allowed me to use the restroom, which needed a code, and was very careful in how they asked which restroom I needed, men's or women's. I am trans, and their keen eye may or may not have noticed my pronoun pin, but they asked. And affirmed that it was ok to choose my correct bathroom

awful customer service. Made an appointment for vaccines. Got a call weeks later, the day of the appointment, that they were cancelling it because it was booked too close to the pharmacy closing (even though the site let me book the slot). I also had to call them back because they left a vague voicemail on my phone to call them. then I waited ON HOLD for 30+ minutes before anyone answered.... and was promptly told I had to rebook my vaccines because there were no longer any spots. just an awful experience with walgreens. I normally do not use Walgreens for vaccines and now I definitely never will.

Pharmacy is always randomly closed, but if they're open you can deal with an incredibly rude Pharmacist! She hung up on me and was even worse in person. Zero people skills and doesn't seem to care about patients.

This Walgreens does a good job in a sometimes-difficult neighborhood. They have been very helpful when I had special pharmacy issues, and their selection of general items in the store is great. They have some magazines I haven't seen anywhere else. A bonus is that they share a large parking lot with a Trader Joe's and some other stores and restaurants, so it's easy to park once and do several errands.
