It should not be normal to wait 40 minutes past your appointment time to get a vaccine when the pharmacy is not busy. Especially if you arrive early. Go anywhere else.

45 minutes and counting in the drive thru pickup line. This is a common occurrence in either walk in overdrive thru. Time to find another pharmacy that has adequate staffing.

I drive for a living. Bathrooms are a luxury. A week ago I stopped here for some snacks, a drink and hopefully a bathroom. What I found was snacks, a drink, a bathroom, and an employee I won't soon forget. They allowed me to use the restroom, which needed a code, and was very careful in how they asked which restroom I needed, men's or women's. I am trans, and their keen eye may or may not have noticed my pronoun pin, but they asked. And affirmed that it was ok to choose my correct bathroom

Pharmacy is always randomly closed, but if they're open you can deal with an incredibly rude Pharmacist! She hung up on me and was even worse in person. Zero people skills and doesn't seem to care about patients.

It said online that they were open till 6pm Christmas day and also on the door to the actual store as well. I got an uber here with 10 mins til they were supposed to close and the door was locked at 5:50 and I could clearly see 4 workers inside just standing around by the photo counter. I can understand people want to get off work because of the holiday but if you agree and decide to work on this day you should be working the entire shift and close on time otherwise adjust your posted closing times so that your customers know what times the store is open and hopefully avoid a situation like what I just dealt with. Waited over 1 hour to get a drive through covid test (there was only one car ahead of me). After 30 minutes at the window, they said their computers keep crashing so they can’t bill insurance else I can pay $129 out of pocket.They then offered to give me a take home test for the inconvenience, but after they mentioned that to the manager, they came back and said actually the insurance wont cover the take home test so I’d have to pay for that as well.Just like the car ahead, I left after spending an hour with nothing in return

I sat on hold for over an hour to make sure my prescriptions would be ready when I arrived. I arrived at the drive-thru still on hold only to be told to come back in five hours. I told them they were urgent, I had already been waiting and trying to call, etc. They told me they could get them done in an hour. I kept checking online to make sure they were ready. An hour later I started to try to call again. Another hour on hold and I gave up. I waited until the original time they told me. Waited another hour on hold and finally got someone only to be told they would not be ready until tomorrow. The employee could not care less.

The pharmacy is staffed by the saddest, most spaced out, unhelpful, miserable, overworked yet lazy looking staff. I never know if they will be open during their stated business hours. Prescriptions filled late (on their end- I order in a timely manner) with no explanation or god forbid, an apology. Ha ha nooooo. They were bad before the pandemic, but since 2020 they seem on the verge of collapse every time I deal with them. I keep going back! Because I live close by. But I need to re think that. Somehow doubt that any Walgreens in or around Portland is any better. Advice: don't develop chronic illnesses requiring prescriptions filled at Walgreens by Johnson Creek Blvd.
