Bought a lot of easter things here earlier today, they had a great selection. Prices were reasonable. They awlays have the best of deals here. Customer service is always good too. I usually like the self checkout process too

No more self-checkout so plan on waiting 10 minutes or more. Plus, they're probably out of what you are looking for, anyway. Just order online and let another store close. If shoplifting is so bad, how safe are we as customers?

I’m not sure what employees the other reviewers are getting, but the techs that I’ve encountered have all been anywhere from apathetic to rude. I don’t think I’ve had a pleasant encounter with any of them. Not a smile, or even a “hi.” I’m sure it’s not great working at Walmart, and I wouldn’t be going there if their insulin wasn’t the most affordable by a long shot, but I’m never asking much. Just for a vial of insulin and sometimes a box of syringes for my diabetic dog.

This Walmart tries their best. It's the closest one in my area and all the employees are always nice. They work hard to make my shopping experience easy and joyful. There is times when customers are rude and feel bad for the employees but always trying their best. Thank you for all your hard work!

Maybe you should train more employees in services department. The ratio of people standing around vs 1 teller at counter is ridiculous. Customer line is 20+ ppl waiting for assistance.

The store is great as long as you don't shop there, best viewed from a distance. Do not go inside. They don't want you there either. Please don't wake them from their delusion that they offer great customer service. They pretend to greet you with a smile upfront and as long as you go along with this and really don't need help and tell them they are great, all is well. Walmart is a laughable joke, a shadow of a shadow of its former self. Walmart is now walmart.com, not an actual building. Save yourself frustration. Look at it from a distance and shop the real Walmart at walmart.com.

A friend bought a birthday gift for my son, and gave me receipt so that I would return or exchange it in case he didn't like. When I came to the store and explained why I returned it, the associate automatically credited to the original card without asking me how I wanted the credit. That's non sense if she already knew it's the birthday gift. So I complained and the associate lied that I said yes to back to the original card, it's Walmart policy and Lisa (store supervisor) treated me like a shoplifter and asked me to leave "you're done, sir, please get out the store". Thank Walmart for stealing a birthday gift from my son!!!

I came in about 25 minutes to closing to fill a pain prescription I got from the emergency room and she said no we're off in 10 minutes it's just a narcotic you can wait until tomorrow. I told her it is not just a narcotic its something that's going to help with the horrible pain that I'm in and she said check tomorrow can get it it's just 1 day. Horrible server obviously if the ER gave it to me it's because I need it who is she to judge.

I recently visited Walmart with my friend, who happens to be a black woman in her 40s, who deals with chronic pain and needed a scooter. We encountered a situation where she asked a lady for help while using a scooter, but the lady responded abruptly and rudely, saying she didn't work in that department. It was strange because I've had positive experiences with employees who went out of their way to assist me. Additionally, during checkout, when my friend asked for something to discreetly carry her pads, the lady responded in a belittling tone, saying she would be fine. It was disappointing to witness such treatment. Walmart should prioritize respectful and inclusive customer service.

Normally the customer service here is great. There is a particular attendant who is esl, maybe Russian, she is pretty rude, also a man that works there who is balding always has an attitude. Everyone else is super friendly and helpful. Especially the woman who always has colorful eyeshadow on.

Tried browsing their website this morning & it wouldn't even open without my email address. They don't need my info if I'm not ordering. So I guess they don't need me as a customer.

We scheduled an appointment to get new tires put on. We were VERY clear on how big our trailer was and they said no problem. When we got there, the two clerks were very rude and said that they do not work on anything that big. How can the person on the phone schedule the appointment and say that they can handle it when they cannot or will not? This was the very worst customer service. We drove over an hour to pick up our trailer and get it there by 8 AM only to find out that they were not going to put the new tires on. By the way, we had already purchased the new tires from them!

After asking three idle employees and pressing the assistance bell 15 times, nobody came to open the locked items kit. I have been standing in the same aisle for 45 minutes now. Is it possible to get anything around here??

This pharmacy is the best kept secret near SE Portland. The staff and Mary especially give it a caring touch. I get orders filled often faster than I can even pick them up. This has not been my experience at any other pharmacies in the region.
