Nobody knew anything about the online photo orders when I called. Disconnected my call mid-sentence and kept sending my call to an unattended department. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe you should train more employees in services department. The ratio of people standing around vs 1 teller at counter is ridiculous. Customer line is 20+ ppl waiting for assistance.

The store is great as long as you don't shop there, best viewed from a distance. Do not go inside. They don't want you there either. Please don't wake them from their delusion that they offer great customer service. They pretend to greet you with a smile upfront and as long as you go along with this and really don't need help and tell them they are great, all is well. Walmart is a laughable joke, a shadow of a shadow of its former self. Walmart is now walmart.com, not an actual building. Save yourself frustration. Look at it from a distance and shop the real Walmart at walmart.com.

A friend bought a birthday gift for my son, and gave me receipt so that I would return or exchange it in case he didn't like. When I came to the store and explained why I returned it, the associate automatically credited to the original card without asking me how I wanted the credit. That's non sense if she already knew it's the birthday gift. So I complained and the associate lied that I said yes to back to the original card, it's Walmart policy and Lisa (store supervisor) treated me like a shoplifter and asked me to leave "you're done, sir, please get out the store". Thank Walmart for stealing a birthday gift from my son!!!

I recently visited Walmart with my friend, who happens to be a black woman in her 40s, who deals with chronic pain and needed a scooter. We encountered a situation where she asked a lady for help while using a scooter, but the lady responded abruptly and rudely, saying she didn't work in that department. It was strange because I've had positive experiences with employees who went out of their way to assist me. Additionally, during checkout, when my friend asked for something to discreetly carry her pads, the lady responded in a belittling tone, saying she would be fine. It was disappointing to witness such treatment. Walmart should prioritize respectful and inclusive customer service.

After asking three idle employees and pressing the assistance bell 15 times, nobody came to open the locked items kit. I have been standing in the same aisle for 45 minutes now. Is it possible to get anything around here??

I don't like the fact, that this store do not carry orchids! I didn't come here for orchids, but I came for Fine Jewelry. They didn't have that either. Only, because there was a certain earrings I saw online, and it says that Walmart carried them. I was visiting an old friend, and Walmart was right across 82nd, from her! Convenient!I did thank the MP guarding the front entrance, and I told them, I feel safe when I see them here! Of all the negatives you read these days, Walmart would be the last store you'd find me shopping. But, thank you MP for being there, keeping everyone safe!I spotted some fruits & vegetables, (we just did grocery shopping two days ago), but while at Walmart, I decided to buy some of my favorites (like Guava, they don't have in other stores).I visited the notions & fabric department, and they have ribbons, etc. that I needed, would have bought if I drove further south to Joan's. I was able to get them here!I was pleased with my trip to Walmart, afterall!

I ordered chains for my tires on Nov. 18th a week before Black Friday, so I could avoid out of stock and yet today, 10 days since I placed my order, Walmart cancelled my order.

I like the Walmart in Happy Valley the best, mostly because they have really awesome things to buy, and they're all in their own aisles, which makes it easier for what people are attempting to find. Plus, the supplies for school and the office sure do come in handy when school starts in September. Well, on Monday, August 15 of this year, I went to Walmart with a friend of mine, as I had been doing my research on the school supply item known as the Trapper Keeper for weeks beforehand, and had thought about getting one for myself. Imagine my surprise when we got to the aisle where the school supplies are located, and there they were: the Trapper Keepers, right there among the other binders, which were bigger in size. Impressed, I said "Eureka!" (which means "I've got it" in ancient Greek), as I'd managed to find an awesome school supply I never thought I'd see in ages (since I read they were popular in the 80's and 90's with middle school kids, although adults also loved them for recipe and record keeping). The Trapper Keeper I picked out has a cheetah on the cover with a boom box, and it's really neat. Plus, the price was superbly cool, too. Finally, I give the Happy Valley Walmart two thumbs up, as well as five stars (although ten stars would be even better). :)

Went to this Walmart today to pick up some fav groceries. I was shocked at the empty shelves in the freezer, cooler and a few other sections. I asked if they were doing away with the small grocery section and was told no. So why the lack of restocking ? Also multiple boxes, items on the floor, like no one cares enough to pick the stuff. Going downhill fast !

My fiancee works at Walmart he is disabled. Walmart hired him knowing that he was disabled. Knowing that he would have to have help with handling the computer and things like that to work for Walmart. His position at Walmart is courtesy clerk. He handles most of the cards that people use to do their shopping and he also helps load product from the store into people's vehicles things like that. They don't have a routine to sterilize the cards so in the 7 months that he is worked for Walmart he has gotten sick with the flu or some form of virus 6 times. He has spoken with his boss about trying to attempt to sterilize the carts so that he doesn't get sick and also the customers don't get sick. He has talked to them about his health being at risk. And the store manager said that he's too unreliable. Because he gets sick. So I called to speak to the manager and could not get through they hung up on my in my face in the customer service. And they just let the phone ring. So when I called my husband on his cell phone and asked him to get his bosses number his boss gave him the same number that I've been calling. This store seems to be more worried about taking people's money instead of the health of their customers and the store so I don't know how many people shop there which is in the thousands however every person that shops there I just want you to know from my standpoint your health is at risk using the grocery carts so be careful people COVID-19 is still out there and it still hurting people. I thought I just let you know. Concerned person.
