I've been with Wells Fargo since 2008 and went into this branch on 82nd in Happy Valley and after a 40 minute wait i received the worst ever service from a lady with the last name Gaylord. I will never accept her service again as she failed in her service with me and i had to go to another branch to complete my business. I would give zero stars here if I could!

I have used Wells Fargo in several states over the years. While most locations have provided satisfactory service, unfortunately my experiences at this particular branch have fallen short of expectations compared to other Wells Fargo locations I have visited.

I came in and needed to break a large bill and teller was hesitant to help me, I was very polite. Maybe I should use a different bank in the future for my banking needs. Be aware of your surroundings at this bank location.

I took my parents to this branch at Happy Valley as I have had such a positive experience each time I have visited. Lei Chen was assigned to us a few months ago to set up our business accounts and answer some questions we had. Not only did Lei help us a few times, but he also did research to guide us with the best options. One of our accounts had not been set up properly many years ago in California. So, he told us what paper work we needed, made some phone calls to the business advisors of Wells Fargo and entered all the needed details to make sure everything was supported. Lei was patient, warm and very thorough. He answered ALL of our questions. If he did not know the answer he called and found out the answers.We were so relieved to get this important work done. Thank you Lei and the other employees at Wells Fargo Happy Valley! We appreciate you.

If you don’t have an account with Wells Fargo, they make it virtually impossible to cash a check here. I’m trying to cash a work check and my employer banks at Wells Fargo but since I don’t, they won’t cash it for me.

Just tried to update my name on the accounts due to name changed legally. I walked in and waited for half hour to get help from bankers. After the long wait, I was told by a banker that she needed to step out after she’s done with the costumer that she was helping. And the other part time bank wasn’t there either. I couldn’t get help unless I made a schedule online.

Extremely incompetent personnel at this location. We tried to pay the remainder of our mortgage and the teller, Jesse-Lee, messed up our last payment. We went back to the bank and were told that although it was the branch's mistake, we have to call the main line to have it fixed. Thanks Jesse-Lee for sleepless nights and high stress caused by your mistake! If you can, at all costs, avoid this branch for peace of mind. This is not the first time we had a bad experience at this branch...but definitely the last one assured me I don't want to deal with Wells Fargo ever again.

Hey! You should update your hours online. Online it says you're open until 12pm on Saturdays. After getting my child out of his carseat and strapped into his stroller, I walked up to your door and saw that you were closed. Guys, this is such an inconvenience. Do better.

tellers are pretty good but the way management is handling this crisis is just not very customer friendly and the latest drive thru only policy yet allowing other customers inside for other services is incompetent at best
