After shopping at Winco since 1990, when there were 7 stores, the still maintain excellent pricing, clean and well stock stores, If you shop at a Winco, they are all operated the same.. Their employees all own part of the company.

Jim the butcher is the best! He always has time to answer questions in regards to the meat department. The rest of the staff is great also. Store is clean even when they have been very busy.

Bone fragments in meat! I love WinCo for many reasons, however I believe I have found the deal breaker. We bought a pork roast from here last summer and it had shards of bone throughout and not just one or two it was so bad we could not use it. We then found a good deal on their ground turkey a couple months back and bought a few packages. We kept finding little pieces of hard bones about the size of a staple. Recently we bought a couple trays of chicken breasts and after spending our time making meals with them we are now finding long chicken bones. I would think there is some sort of standard that the meat has to be compliant with. Not sure why we keep getting these horrible choking hazard meat products. Beware consumers. WinCo please fix your issues.

The winco on 82nd in Clackamas, OR. Needs to buy more carts or have them rounded up more often. Since the Walmart superstore closed on SE 82nd, all the people who used to shop for their groceries there now come to Winco. Winco is losing sales by not having carts available. I was just there and was going to buy a lot more than I did, but I couldn't carry any more than the 2 gallons of milk I bought. I also watched people come in, see no carts, and left. They are losing revenue by not paying attention to their clientelle's needs. I mean, they are losing A LOT of revenue. The staff don't seem to care either. Too bad for Winco!

Cheap prices! Decent selection, not stellar, but decent - you can get your staples here for a lot less than any other grocery store.

This place is always Packed and prices are not that low. Can't really shop without people almost pushing you out of the way.

Horrible workers, I can't believe they just expect us not to be able to yell at them and demand attention. Every cart I pick always has several holes in it, after multiple trial runs leaving the carts lining the isle I managed one. It's like the everyone just works there for a job, not even truly about the winco white experience.

I don't know how Theresa manages to pop out of nowhere at every interaction I have at the front register. It's like I'm being haunted by her even when I'm trying to avoid her by going to another register! I am so tired of her bad attitude every single time I go in. If I honestly had any choice other than this god forsaken store (as it's 24 hours and I can only shop at night) I would never go here again. The produce I need is half the time rotten and it's always hard to locate ingredients for recipes I'm making. I also don't know how I manage it but every time I go to this store I have to switch carts several times as most of them have a wheel that has decided to clock out for the day. Starving to death is starting to look like a good alternative to going here.

Is the place where you can get a lot of cheap stuff but the quality lax and the staff are a*****es if they do not like them. I encountered a staff member got mad because we were taking too long selecting our meat at the butcher. Truly this is the worst customer experience ever and if someone were to rectify this then they should close

Of all the WinCo's on the Eastside, this is by far my favorite and I'm grateful that it is also the closest one to my residence. Some of the other ones are in sketchy locations, or unsafe around the clientele like the one on 102nd. I also know this isn't a WinCo policy but a City of Portland one, but I just like that this particular WinCo is in Happy Valley/Clackamas where plastic bags are an option. I don't like to be wasteful with my bags, but more often than not, the paper bags just rip prematurely, so I appreciate that this location has plastic bags. The parking lot has an ample amount of spaces due to it being shared with the strip mall. There is no wait for parking spots as there is sufficient spots to meet the demand at times I visit. I also like that it's large enough that customers can space out and not feel like you're going to get in a fender bender or your any door dings. The location is in a much better part of town than some of the others and I don't feel like I need to watch over my shoulder or be worried for whatever reason. The parking lot is well maintained and kept clean due to how diligent the staff are, and I like that they have one of those portable surveillance systems in the parking lot.

We have a food truck business and every Monday we buy 4 cases of chicken from the meat department. We went today and there was a new girl that told us they no longer can give cases but was limited to 4 packs of chicken. We were very disappointed but didn't argue. After checking out what we could Jim the meat manager came by and apologized and asked how many cases we needed and explained that the girl was new. He brought the cases to our register and said that you for our business and he knows we have a business to run. This is awesome customer service!!!!!! This is why I'm leaving this review. We need more this! Mahalo Jim for your Aloha!

You guys are breaking the laws of religion... your store policy does not supersede laws! God said to stand before him with faces unveiled. Face coverings are a sign of submission in the Muslim faith, I refuse that as part of my religion. Devil worshipers stand 6 feet apart and wear masks. I also refuse that.. by law you do not have the right to deny public for these reasons. There is no law requiring masks, if I am harassed or removed from your store again, I will be filming everything for my safety.. you are welcome to add yourself to the lawsuit, but let's just be civil and let people shop

These guys are amazing- they work their butts off an are always helpful and polite- Especially Sharron- she was working the self check out and she was so helpful as we were having a terrible time getting our many items scanned in. She kept calm and was so very respectful. She's a shining star and she needs to work in management cuz she has the ethic and demeanor to do so. Thank you!

They need to either remove receptacles that maybe accessed for unauthorized purposes or at least post signs that they're not for public use. Not only does it bring riff raffs (which other reviewers have shared concerns about) they need to understand that such amenities encourage the congregation by vagrants and transients with this 24 hour store becoming the hub for such activity and impose deleterious effects on the surrounding community. There's a direct correlation between the vagrancy growth and locations at which vagrants can get away with charging their phones or use Wifi.
