Ugh, Fred Meyer is usually your one stop shopping utopia. We went in needing 3 items, came out with nothing. The store appears to be the same size as all the others but besides food and clothes the selection is very limited. We need pavers or stepping stones, but they had none, and we need a tension rod......usually can be found anywhere but they don't carry any curtain related items. A convent stop if you need something quick but not a project person's destination.

This guy at the fuel station was so rude to me and his other employees. He was very rude to me barley looked at me and pushed the wrong button when i asked for premium. His name tag said Dakota. I would avoid him if you can it took my 20 minutes to get my gas in my car because of him along with me waiting for another 17 for him to take it out. This guy might as well call himself worst employee. Y'all should fire him already..

I have been ordering grocery delivery since COVID and 99% of my orders have been missing items or incorrect or items not ordered. I realize they use Instacart which I continue to complain about & it is impossible to get refunded for missing items and Fred Meyer refuses to take any responsibility or action they tell me to contact Instacart and when I contact them they tell me to contact Kroger. I am not only disabled I also have major respiratory issues so I need to have dependable, honest grocery delivery options. DO NOT SUPPORT CORRUPT CORPORATIONS LIKE KROGER & INSTACART!

This is the third time I've been here and they have 2 humans cashiering and want everyone to use the self check out. Guess what Fred Meyers I don't work here, I don't want to ring up my groceries. Here's a thought if there is a 30+ people in line for self check out.. how about opening more human checkstands. So frustrating!!!

I no longer buy products from Fred Meyer, because of the bait and switch demeanor demonstrated by their layers of customer no service. This follows our use of their shop at home delivery service failing to deliver the full order we were charged for and the driver performing a hit and run after destroying a flower vase with her car. It also appeared that the driver possibly took or had eaten some items after weighing the items at home. All of this remains culpable as an Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices violation and consumer financial fraud. So instead of wasting any more of our time, we stopped buying products from Fred Meyer and shop elsewhere. FYI: Walmart's shop at home and pick-up service has remained outstanding.

Fuel Center at all FM are terrible but this one has to be the worst. Zero stars if possible. They do not fill across cars so nearly half the pumps are not used. They only staff 2 people and it can easily take 10 min to have the nozzle removed after fueling is complete. Only one person has access to cash so the whole station stops while the cash attendant allows access to the non-cash attendant to use cash. Two of the three times I have been there the attendant has jammed the nozzle into the side of the car and missed the fill hole. I had to just laugh the last time as it was possible we were being filmed for a prank show.Pay a little more, save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Customer service in the deli is nonexistent. Because the health department was there they decided they didn't have to help customers. Many people walking around no one even acknowledge and you were there. One person that works there that is exceptional is I believe her name is Katrina, she used to work at Starbucks. This isn't a one time thing the service there is horrible. The lady was helping everybody with pizzas that came after us and still ignored us until someone told her she needed to help us she still didn't come.

Visited our local FM today abs had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Carol, their unfriendly, rude and weathered cashier. Most of the time the cashiers are friendly and greet you with the proper greeting and add in some small talk. Not Carol. Carol greets you with a grunt and blank stare. Not exactly who you want front facing. Perhaps weathered Carol would do better in a loading dock or back office. Please don't make your neighbors deal with Carol.

Super disappointed today when entering Fred Meyer. It seemed like almost half the shoppers were not wearing masks when clearly its stated that masks are mandated and required when entering. It's discouraging to know the employees or even a store manager is not holding up the Oregon mask mandate and keeping the shopping accountable and safe.

While sale prices are good the quality is lacking. The store always feels a little dirty to me and why are there at least a dozen checkout stands and only a handful manned! The only choice is to wait in an endless line or hit the self checkout!! Hire checkers, I'm not a Kroger employee and shouldn't be expected to do the work that you should be doing!

Gave this place another try. Came here and bought 2 screaming eagle sandwiches. The avocado that they used was so hard and not ripe you could've chipped a freaking tooth. I could spend 30 seconds in the produce section and find multiple ripe avocados, why can't you? This is the worst location I've been to, zero f*cks given by anyone in the store.

I was trying to get some adult beverages and some cheese to un-wine-d this Friday night, but apparently not. After waiting in line behind the same person for 20 minutes, I got up to the register to find out my Driver's License expired on my birthday as of 2021. A week ago. I just turned 24... The young cashier declined me, and I understood until I saw that there is an official statement from The Chief of Police, State Police, OLCC, and EVERYONE said until Gov. Kate brown opens Oregon, and the DMV offices are allowing in person, an expired license does not matter when purchasing ALCOHOL or MARIJUANA. So, I was a little angered and thought a manager should see this and retrain their staff on who's allowed to purchase wine. Unbelievable. It'll take 17 days to get a new license in the mail; PLEASE READ THIS & EDUCATE YOUR CASHIERS. I was annoyed and, instead, took my adult purchases elsewhere and got some great edibles from Chalice Farms right down the road. Successful outing there Went home to cook up some pesto Alfredo pasta and garlic bread with my lovely fiancé because COVID rules suck & no one knows what's allowed anymore. Hope y'all found this helpful; I know I did when I saw the official statement on OREGON.GOV Thank you.

Best staff! Cecilia is always smiling and greeting me every time I go to turn in scratch tickets. This is the only store I ever shop at because of quality customer service!!
