Its a typical utility store kinda like the dmv, employees are not in a hurry and everything is slow. Always someone going on break and 2 in the corner standing around while there are 5 customers waiting. Very frustrating but I would say expected. Worse part is twice this week when i check in theu say 15-20 minute wait and it was over and hour each time so come prepared to sit and wait

We cancelled a streaming service online in July and have an email confirmation notice that it was cancelled with an effective date. The charges continued to show up on our statement. I visited the Clackamas Xfinity store in October and explained the situation. They refunded us the subscription charges and said it had been cancelled. Two months later, we were still being charged. I once again visited the Clackamas Xfinity store in December. They once again refunded the charges and said the subscription had been cancelled. This week, I received my January statement and once again I am still being charged the subscription. I want back to the Clackamas Xfinity store (for the third time) and asked to see a manager. I explained the situation to the manager. I received no apology. Instead, I was told I could wait in line for 50-60 minutes. Given that I had already waited in line in October and December I found that extremely frustrating. Overall, poor performance and poor customer service.

I worked with Eric and Jenn yesterday, they got me hooked up with a new IPhone 7promax for a great deal with my trade in. Bryce helped me set up the cellular the next day. Manager was super nice and help me navigate a problem with the data transfer. Very happy with Xfinity, especially the cell service/ affordability.

They had some sort of computer glitch coupled with a lot of customers causing a one hour wait to get assistance. It was like a bad day at the DMV.

The reason for the arrival was useless. Some jokers think they are smarter than others.

Infinity-Comcast has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. I have spent hours on the phone and at their offices with frustratingly little success

My experience was efficient and stress free. 2pm on a weekday is a good time to go as a walk in, if you can.

It's impossible to describe how bad their customer service is, no access to a human especially the billing department, we keep getting billed for a service we cancelled, hours on the phone, no resolve. As much profit as they are making they could properly staff their departments, if i was the CEO i would fix that!

Christy was absolutely awesome helping set up an account and opening two new phone lines with trade ins from other companies. Spent 2 hours figuring every detail out and she was extremely patient with us through the whole process.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in over 50 years. They force you to use their app to manage your service, but it's riddled with bugs that have been there for years, but they still haven't fixed them.

I was dreading going into another one of these stores, but it was unlike any competitor's. The store was very busy, so I expected
a two hour wait. I didn't get it. I was greeted at the door immediately and asked the nature of my visit. The store was bright, organized with lots of places to sit. Not kidding, there were people everywhere but a lot of employees too. I wish I had taken a picture. I was in and out within ten minutes with the resolution I needed. The associate who who helped me was cheerful, knowledgeable and had the authority to do what I needed. It's true in this case; we get what we pay for. Good service is what I am willing to pay for. Well done Xfinity.
