Slow put a deposit down don't even get it back they take it off your bill isn't that something you give them a deposit in cash and they don't have the commone credit to give it back too you wrothless

Worst "customer service" automated feedback loop ever. Entered my phone number 8 times and still looped me back to asking my account number, which I don't have. Super annoying and never did reach a human or even a helpful computer. And the cell service is super slow.

My dad worked for comcast for 31 years (so my family had xfinity mobile before it was released to the public) I currently have them. I currently have a iPhone 11 and it’s starting to go out. So I went in with 400 dollars to see if I could possibly put a “down payment “ on a iPhone 14 pro max so I could upgrade. Than got told they couldn’t speak to me because my wife is the one authorized on the account. So the next day I go back with my wife. We talk to a person after a 30 minute wait. We asked if I could possibly upgrade and even explained my idea. She pretty much told us we had to stay in our “budget” for a upgrade even thought I was going to get a brand new phone and pay monthly. To get to the bottom of it I left disappointed and confused they have terrible customer service. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my dad worked there for 31 years and I don’t want to disrespect his hard work blood and sweat (me and my wife are looking for a new cell provider) this location needs to treat they’re existing customers better. Stop being greedy

I wanted to give a shout-out to Austin for helping me and my wife make the switch! He was very helpful Answered every question and concern we had with our service. Not only that but they made sure we saved. Def go to person for my future concerns thanks again man and keep up the good work??

My bf and I went into Xfinity to get him a new cell phone, we already had an account with them for internet. Never in my life have I had a better experience. We walked out feeling shocked because of how easy it was to get a new phone. We were in and out within 20 mins, that includes our waiting time too.

This review is for the employee we met with a couple of weeks ago Devyn at the Clackamas store. We went into Xfinity due to a recent death in the family. The employee who helped us was friendly, kind, patient and understanding. With everything going on, it was so nice to have something go so smoothly and feel like he cared. Thanks Devyn

This is more of a review about Xfinity's general business practices that manifests in my interactions with the store employees. They were mostly nice about me cancelling cable and changing my internet to unlimited (I kept getting overage charges). The transaction was fairly straight forward but never got a a human response when I mentioned I had been charged several times for internet overages. He also tried to get me to lease a modem to get a $5 discount which felt like extortion, I had my own modem and it worked fine and he knew that. Finally, I get home and look my account to see that my plan had changed to unlimited but at a much lower bandwidth. I went from 1000mbps to 250. Overall not a great experience but it's par for the course of anything from Xfinity.

If you want to get treated poorly go see Gabriel. He will make sure to talk to you with an ignorance. Didn’t care to help at all. Trying to up sell no problem, but trying to explain things he didn’t even bother. Seeping on his coffee while talking down to you.

There is no point working with a service provider that actively throttles your internet speeds, or falsely advertises about the consistancy of their speeds. All while making it impossible to get in contact with a real person. The customer service is trash, the AI software is actual hot garbage. I got century link for fiber and i got google for my phone plan and honestly. I couldnt be happier. Fu this company.

Mason Gorman assisted me today at Comcast Xfinity. From beginning to end his customer service went above and beyond. It’s not often I can say this about anyone, but he truly deserves the recognition. I needed some items asap, and by the time he finished helping me, and because of his kindness, that store gained a new cell phone customer in me. During our interactions, I was so impressed that I asked him if it was possible for me to change from my current provider to Comcast. I’m glad I asked! I’m a very happy customer. Thank you, Mason!

Had a great experience at Xfinity clackamas. I was helped right away by Arda who is new but was still able to help swap phone numbers for me onto our new phone. It wasn’t easy but she was very patient and helpful. I appreciated your help Arda thank you for the great service!!
