Every month my water bill has been $24. I didn't get my bill on the normal day for June so I paid the normal amount. I get an email threatening a $15 late fee if I didn't pay my balance. My balance of 0.30, yes thirty cents. I then had to pay a processing fee of 1.50. Get your act together, we are not in the stone ages.
