BOUGHT A 2020 FOREST RIVER WILDWOOD XLITE. HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE BEGINNING. MASSIVE WATER LEAK FLOODING BOTTOM OF TRAILER DUE TO STAPLE IN MAIN WATER LINE. MIRROR FELL OFF WALL BREAKING WALL AND MIRROR. WITHIN 4 YEARS MY ROOF CAME APART AND BOTH FORST RIVER AND THE ROOF COMPANY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THE TRAILER IS COVERED ALL WINTER BUT YET THE ROOF HAS PEELED AWAY FROM ALL SIDES OF THE TRAILER LEAVING WOOD EXPOSED. I CONTACTED FOREST RIVER MAYBE A DOZEN TIMES AND THE ONLY HELP THE GAVE ME WAS A NUMBER FOR THE ROOF MANUFACTURER WHO SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. SO MY ADVERTISED 15 TO 20 YEAR ROOF FAILED IN 4 AND ITS SOMEHOW MY FAULT. TERRIBLE CPMPANY TERRIBLE PRODUCT DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM

Door glass broke 4 months after purchase.
$800 to replace not including labor.
Happens so much it’s not covered. I was assured the glass would not break. Very tough tempered is what I was told. The door was shut softly and the pressure alone caused it to break while closed and locked.

The worst mistake of my life, buying a forest river rv. We have had nothing but trouble and it has been in the shop more than we have had it.

Just to give you a heads up when you’re buying A Cherokee make sure that one year manufacturers warranty does not link back to this facility and its address because if it does and you actually have to use the warranty to replace a faulty part good luck getting reimbursed they don’t return phone calls they ignore your Emails and when you finally do get a hold of an actual person in the warranty department you got to start the process all the way over because you’re not in the records because nobody actually Follows up on your first original warranty reimbursement submitted via email so you start the whole process all over again then you go back to been ignored no return emails no return phone calls basically hoping you will just go away

Bought a 2015 Vibe 26RBK it is now 5 years old and we have had nothing but trouble, since the first time we used it always an adventure as to why will fall apart or break on our next trip.I have spent over $5000.00 on repairs, screws falling out, screws 1or two screw hole not lining up curtain hardware not installed evenly and constantly needing replaced I could go on and on but overall cheap material and bad workmanship very unhappy with Forest River. Sticker on the side says “ Proudly Made in the USA “ if you can’t live up to that don’t put it on the trailers STAY AWAY FROM FOrest River

I like how all the 4-5 star reviews are all from employees.

Bought a Grey wolf 23 DBH. So may issues, wish had never bought it. Slide out not properly installed. Axles not aligned correctly. Refrigerator is broken. Paneling and trim keep falling off. Windows do not open correctly. When sun hits the doors the swell and jam shut. Would give zero stars if I could.

Worked here for 1 day and left because I couldn't put my name on the kind of product that is made out of this factory. The materials that are used are on the cheaper if not cheapest end and if you pay bananas you get monkey's to work for you. They push quantity way above quality and it's not the employees fault for the most part. When you have to push out 9 trailers in an 8 hour work day, with not enough employees, that's what happens and why they do 9 a day is a question to me because they close the plant so often because the demand goes down. Somehow they missed the concept that if you put out good quality, you have good word of mouth and make more money for selling less product, eventually making more money to put out more "quality" products.

May 2017, we bought a brand new Rockwood 1920 esp tent trailer.
#1) This unit looked like it completely skipped the finish line, the quality of workman ship is extremely low! It was dirty inside & out, every hole drilled still had all the sharp metal shavings & saw dust all over, extremely sharp metal shavings under the brand new mattresses stabbing into them. The hooks on the hanging pantry were broke before ever using them, Guaranty made us buy them and repair it ourselves!
#2) Before using it we had to take it back twice, the GFU was bad and other electrical problems!!
#3) Aug 1, weld on steps broke throwing me to the hard ground!!! After just 4 times using it!!! We love the concept of this trailer, but its JUNK, the quality of work, lack of pride in work is ridiculous! Contacting a injury lawyer!! It was ur dam honeymoon! ! WTH?!
