Staff are amazing and friendly. Passport services are quick, with a picture taken and payment processed in five minutes, and the counter lady is pleasant. The Harrisburg office is friendly, helpful, and has had no issues with mail going astray. The post office is on time and has no complaints, appreciated by the community.

The best costumer service I have ever received from a post office. I recently had a loss package that was found and brought to my door within less than 12 hours after i submitted a most package form. I am really amazing by how amazing the staff is.

Walked in to purchase a passport. Was in and out within 5 minutes! Took my picture and payed and was on my way. The lady working the counter was very pleasant. Great customer service!
