This was not my insurance as the person repsponible for the damage gave me all his information and I was able to get the work done. This shop scheduled me and was great in getting the work done. The vehicle is only a year old and I was concerned about the work. I was told that it would look just like new. Well kudos to them and yeah it looks just like new. I was totally satisfied and will go there again if I ever need work done in future.”

“These guys went way, way, way out of their way to get the door and fender for my daughter's 98 Buick. They actually got a vehicle that they didn't have in inventory for us.The biggest surprise was the cost. After calling all around the country trying to find a door and Fender not only did we get one from them that was perfect with no scratches or anything but it was about half the price of all the rest of the wrecking yards even clear down into Oregon.They were better than Santa Claus and really did help us for a very merry Christmas.”

“For those who complain Orielleys is really two businesses. Retail up front and commercial in the back.As for someone saying is that all they hire is people who don't know about cars? No but the ones who do usually find better paying jobs and leave. It's retail people do you get great service at Walmart? They have to go by what corporate dictates about hours so yes there is only going to be two counter persons working and maybe 3 in the summer. It's a low wage job for a billion dollar company. Sorry but AutoZone isn't any better. I'm ASE certified and worked there myself and to be honest Orielleys too. It's not the employees fault it's lack of training from a Walmart like store that cares for only money in the end . That's why I became certified and found a better paying career.”

“I went in today at about 2 PM PST. I am very happy with the customer service that was given at this establishment, especially from the store manager Eric. He was very polite and handsome, and had a great smile. He smelt like really good cologne and had a very slick haircut, if you ever go too our local Autozone make sure too get a good whiff of him. The brake pads they sold me were great too, fit like a glove (and smelt like him)! Only bad thing I have to say is that I didn't get to smell Eric one last time before I left.”

“Okay I understand going to a dealer to get service done on your car is expensive...everything is expensive now anyway. But I am not writing this review in regards to cost of things (maybe would be lower cuz ouch). What I did want to talk about was the customer service but not even the amazing customer service I personally was given. As I sat in the waiting room waiting for my car to be done a mother with a very young baby probably newborn was there as well. The representative that was helping her was so kind. Making sure to sit or kneel by her so the mother did not have to get up. Asking if it was okay and retrieving what I'm assuming was her card from her bag so the mom could continue to take care of her baby. It was incredibly kind and great customer service. Rogers Toyota you have a great staff with great customer service. GREAT JOB!”
