“Today our Prevost motorcoach had a mechanical on our trip west on I-84 between Arlington and Biggs Jct. It overheated and we discovered a couple of broken bolts that caused movement of a plate and thus broke a belt. Anyway, Prevost dispatched Northwest Equipment for us out of Hermiston. The tech, Billy, arrived within the time frame expected, maybe a little sooner. He got to work on the problem and was able to get us back on the road within about 1.5 hours. Billy was very professional and kind. Thank you so much, so happy there was a company that could work on our bus on a Sunday afternoon and get it fixed along the freeway!!”
“Had a deer incident and second chance was awesome with fixing my car and working with insurance. We just dropped the car off and they did the rest. Completed way sooner than expected and looks brand new! When I came to pick up they had just cleaned my car. Excellent customer service and cutest shop dog ever :)”

“I don't know how to express how amazing Justin the owner is. We were heading back home to Canada after six months of traveling in America. When our diesel started to make a whining noise like a blown turbo bearing. We stopped for the night in Hermiston O.R. found his shop on the web and called him in the morning. He got us in right away. We told him of our major break down in Florida a month to fix a two week job. Turns out they put a clamp on upside down and it wore through a upper exhaust pipe. He didn't have one in stock and the dealer said a couple days. Turns out Justin ha a used one,but would sell it to me because he doesn't believe in selling used parts. So he said he could give it to us for free and charge us for two gaskets and labor. Because we had the engine torn down in Florida the gaskets being new were good. He put it all together under three hours. Refused to take any money he said we had enough unexpected troubles so he is playing it forward. That was fantastic I wish he was the one who worked on our truck with the major break down. Justin really knows his diesel trucks. And he is a breath of fresh air in a business where not all shops are so good.”

“I was on a road trip and my truck overheated in the middle of absolutely nowhere. It was a Fourth of July weekend and the closest town I was able to get to did not have anyone who could thoroughly diagnose my truck for at least a week.I ended up paying extra to tow my car to Roger’s Toyota. All of the symptoms that I looked up on the Internet were pointing towards a blown head gasket. When I called Anthony the service manager calmed me down and just said we need to really just do a thorough diagnostic to find out what it really is before we do anything else. Anthony waited until I got there which was just before closing. He updated me the next day and was able to get my truck running again quickly and it ended up just being the radiator. He was upfront with all the costs before he proceeded. I wanted to say thank you to Anthony Waters for outstanding service, honesty, and genuine concern. I would recommend anyone to this business.”

“These guys went way, way, way out of their way to get the door and fender for my daughter's 98 Buick. They actually got a vehicle that they didn't have in inventory for us.The biggest surprise was the cost. After calling all around the country trying to find a door and Fender not only did we get one from them that was perfect with no scratches or anything but it was about half the price of all the rest of the wrecking yards even clear down into Oregon.They were better than Santa Claus and really did help us for a very merry Christmas.”
“Last weekend my son and I were 3 hours into our journey from Portland to Salt Lake City when an engine code went off. We limped our car into AutoZone at 8am on a Saturday morning. Emely greeted us with a smile and determination to help us out. Using their equipment Emely was able to diagnose our issue (engine coil) and find the replacement parts, which were in stock. Unfortunately there were zero mechanics open which did not deter Emely who made multiple calls for us and worked her magic for us to get timely help. I can not tell you the relief we felt being able to get back on the road and safely to our destination to move in for college on time. She was an absolute Godsend, and answer to prayer. This mama is forever going to be grateful.”

Best prices in town as well. One thing I do hate though is I can never get ahold of them by phone I have to call over and over and over again and it should not be that way.
