Dee dee mendoza gets by her day by Lying being rude and using deceiving tactics just to get you off the phone . They dont leave or take the notes you request. She lied claiming she would call the other branch and email over the information which she never did so!So when you talk to the next person they have no idea what you are talking about or no record of your call. Been Trying to get the issue resolved over a week now. Terrible customer service Terrible company they will freeze your funds or account when they feel like it and claim it was an error.

They hold your money but I wouldn't expect anything special.-for website management, maybe actually post anywhere on the site that a minimum 650 credit score is required to receive a personal loan.

We bank at the Stanfield Branch and are really impressed and satisfied with the service we receive. The ladies go out of their way to ensure are needs are taken care of in a friendly professional manner. All workers are great, but Mrs. CAMPOS went out of her way today, June 2 to handle our banking needs. Really enjoy banking at Banner.

What an awesome bank, honestly I have never had a good bank but Banner has been wonderful. Being in a small town it's nice to have a small town bank, even though they are growing. We have financed a home, a car, and all of our family uses Banner as well. Bill Pay is free, with Connected Checking you have overdraft protection, it's super easy to move money around to family members, all my bills autopay, and the people who work there are as friendly as can be. Honestly the negative reviews on here are silly, someone was mad because he forgot to cancel Netflix and that's Banner's fault? We have had our debit card cloned 3 times and every single time Banner has been there for us, even let us overdraw the account to pay bills while they worked on the fraud. All 3 times we got 100% of our funds back.

This Banks A JokeCame in today to open a bank account mistake. I was out here in 2014 and I moved back to California I was out here for no longer than six months. called to cancel my checking account the representative assured me that they would mail me a check with my funds. apparently the representative forgot to close out my account and a Netflix automatic payment charge was posted a month later after I called to Close on my account they charge me an overdrawn fee and wanted me to pay it when it was their fault for not closing out the account when I called. Then the manager still has the nerve to ask me if I want to pay to open the account I said no thank you I don’t want to bank with a bank that shows how much negligence on properly closing a checking account I’ll take my business elsewhere.
