“For those who complain Orielleys is really two businesses. Retail up front and commercial in the back.As for someone saying is that all they hire is people who don't know about cars? No but the ones who do usually find better paying jobs and leave. It's retail people do you get great service at Walmart? They have to go by what corporate dictates about hours so yes there is only going to be two counter persons working and maybe 3 in the summer. It's a low wage job for a billion dollar company. Sorry but AutoZone isn't any better. I'm ASE certified and worked there myself and to be honest Orielleys too. It's not the employees fault it's lack of training from a Walmart like store that cares for only money in the end . That's why I became certified and found a better paying career.”
