As a card carrying Bi-Mart member since the 70's, I have shopped at many Bi-Mart stores across the PNW. This one in Hermiston stands out for me. The staff is always friendly even on busy days. They also know me by name. This is a +++ for me also. Being greeted by name and Have I mentioned service? They are very authentic and professional. One even helped me find some boots in my size (12) hard to capture that feeling of gratitude for being served by enthusiastic clerks and dept. tidiers. Five stars.
