Don't take your Volkswagen here. I called these guys about a coolant leak I had. They told me to drop the car off and they would check it out. I dropped my car off there before work the next day. I called them later in the day to check in and they said they found the leak but had to order the part, it would be there the next day. They also even gave me a quote. So I cancelled my appointment with the VW dealership up in Kennewick. I called back the next day to check in. They said they got the part but didn't have the tools to do the job. I told them I actually have the correct tools and they could use them. The boss then gets on the phone and says they just simply dont want to do the repair, even though they ordered the part and gave me a quote. So I wasted 2 days and now have to start over waiting for an opening at VW. Good thing I called them to find this out and had time to call the VW dealer. When I came up to get my car Austin walked in the front office and said he would love to help me but he's busy, practically telling me to leave. I told him I was there to get my VW, he looked annoyed and told me he had to deal with the people outside first. So I waited around just for him to come in and give me my keys.

Stopped in to get gas. The gentleman that pumped the gas and washed our windows was so very nice. The price for the gas was a little cheaper than others in town.
