Very expensive, hidden fees, machines broke down often, just lack of maintenance, even though it's forced on contact. Several gyms to choose up. Do the research.

Have been going here since 2021, only complaint is the sauna was sadly taken away that same year and absent ever since. New place is getting saunas so I'm exited for that

I am traveling for work and had no way to train other than this gym. While it is an okay gym overall, the bathrooms weren't very clean, the gym is packed every evening, the dumbells were literally never organized in my 3 months there and the the urinal was out of order every other visit. Also there is only 1 olympic bar with center knurling and it was always being used on a bench and not the squat rack. You can't controle how people use equipment but why not have at least as many power bars as racks? No deadlift platform either.
All this wouldn't be a big deal if the membership wasn't so ridiculously expensive. Personally I feel it's greedy to charge as much as they do at a gym so small and frankly so dirty. Crunch fitness is a far larger, cleaner, and better staffed membership that only costs me $10 a month. Not $27.61, bi-weekly, if the moon is full and you sign up on Tuesday or whatever the heck garbage they advertise.
I'd like to recommend others get a memebership somewhere else but there's literally nothing here.
The staff were always very helpful and friendly but I'm done paying so much to wait for a rack to open up. I hope you
stop taking advantage of people with no other options and start charging what your worth. $35 a month would be excessive but not ridiculous.
For context I'm a powerlifter and had a gym membership somewhere since I was 18. Not my first gym but my last membership at club 24.
I'm out. Peace!

Heart broken to hear how an employee treated one of the kindest most respectful gym members! To tell someone with DD they are annoying and to get the F away from you is disgusting and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! YOU should have been held accountable!! What a shame the owners didn’t protect their customer.

First of all I love that the gym is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Theres more benefits of that gym than other in my opinion. There's always people in there. Its very motivating. Theres tvs so you can watch something while working out. Bathrooms are clean. Overall the building is big and the employees are also helpful.

RIP OFF!!!! Terrible customer service!! Charged me more to end my service then it cost me to start my service and that was after my contract was over. Dark haired little girl was absolutely rude and positively chipper about taking the money. It would be better to go anywhere else and definitely better to just get your own equipment.
