I came in and I'm moving back to Hermiston after being gone for many years. Moving cost working class Americans a lot of money and its stressful. The staff was friendly, showed sincere concern for my tire problems, and helped me by provided me with affordable solutions. I will recommend this company and I will bring my business back to them.

After having a 4-wheel alignment and brand new tires put on our Chrysler 300, we left town on a family vacation to the coast. While on vacation, my husband and I had our two children in the car when we heard and noticed our lug nuts falling off of our rear passenger tire. Once we were able to safely stop and assess what the issue was, we discovered that there was one lug nut holding the rim on. The other four lug nuts had been cross-threaded and over torqued so much so that the spacer mount bolts also broke, and because the lug nuts were over torqued, they too were snapping in half and breaking. This is by far the most disappointing encounter that we have ever experienced in Hermiston since 2008. My entire family’s lives were put in danger because of the neglect that the employees working on vehicles caused.

In town for work and had an issue. Made an appointment >with an actual person in that location< for work for opening time the following morning. Showed up before the doors even opened only to be told that they don't do appointments for the work that I needed. No kidding. But they'd be happy to put me in line after a bunch of other work. Was told that they could get to me in a few hours and I can wait in their showroom.
Les Schwab is only like three miles away. They got me in immediately and my car is already on the lift.

Fast, freindly service! We had a nail in our tire they fixed it and rotated our tires and said thanks for coming in at no charge. Great customer service!

They were very friendly. They got the parts my car needed with-in hours of me being in, then the they got me in for the next day to fix my car.
The only thing I could possibly say that is not positive is that my steering wheel was dirty/grimly.
I adding a picture of what the towel for of the steering wheel. Not too really sway customers, but for commercial tire to remember to wipe the steering wheel after services.
I will definitely be going back in the future.

Very disappointed in the Cooper Stroghold at. Have had numerous flat repairs and a complete failure(blow out) on last trip. Cost me a road call and a new tire(not cooper). Had to pay another 49.00 dollars to keep warranty on the replacement tire. So much for original warranty. Now I have found out that Cooper tire was bought out by Goodyear. ( Chinese) and there quality has dropped dramatically . Which was not mentioned before purchase. So stuck with a high priced junk tires that is less than one year old.Also service at the Hermiston store is shaky at best.

Customer service is horrible.
Placed online order on Tuesday and scheduled appointment with time for the tires to be shipped for Friday. Show up and I'm told their computer doesn't talk with the online computers. So they had to order them, I took time off of work for no reason. But they know they got paid from my order. They said tires should be in Monday at noon, I said I won't be able to make it until about 3 or 4 And get off work early Again, they that would be fine. Tires still are not there.
Wasted a bunch of my time, and a bunch of time off of work.
Taking business elsewhere. Recommend you do the same.

Use to think this place was great until it wasn’t. I called around different places to see if they had my specific tire in which they said they did. I drove 20 minutes and funny enough my tire blew up on the way there. I threw the spare on there and kept heading there. I got to commercial tire and they said they don’t have the tire in stock? My friend picked me up because they were going to order tires for it and as I was leaving and got onto the freeway they called me and said they have them in stock????? How does any of this make sense. I got back there and asked for an inconvenience discount which they couldn’t give. They told me it should be done in an hour but i was dropping off so it didn’t matter. They never told me what kind of tires i was getting if they were summer/all weather or anything after I asked what I was getting there was a bunch add one i never asked for. Not a great place for me.
