Absolutely terrible credit union. Customer service is terrible. No can set up basic automatic payments, don't take payments at convenient times, and don't admit they do anything wrong. Their website doesn't work to transfer money to pay car payments so you have to call and be charged 10 dollars for them to complete the transaction

I love this bank! Everytime I swing by to drop off a check or deposit/withdrawal money they are always so kind and helpful! They are truly underappreciated and they are the friendliest staff I have met! 5 Stars!!

We love First Communty Credit Union! We have had accounts there for years and most recently they helped us with an auto loan. Sam was incredibly helpful from start to end and their rates were unbeatable. They went far beyond what I expected, to resolve an issue with the dealership that was not their fault. First Community is the first place I will go for any further banking services we need.

I love this bank, I have been with them since 04 or so. Ive always had a pleasant experience there, and I've not had any concerns or issues. I highly recommend them, and Samantha S, for any lending or banking needs. They do it right, and honest. Samantha could not of made the process easier. I was so impressed I brought another loan from a competitor institution over.
