This business not only offers great service and decent prices, it also is family friendly. They have free coffee & cold water at the front counter and a kid area with toys. I Love this business and highly recommend it.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start? We had two flats on our motor home off 84. The service man was there sooner than expected, in 100 degree temps. He replaced the tires. We went back to Hermiston Les Schwab and had the rest of the tires replaced. Fresh popcorn, changed tv for us and got us on the road. Thank you for being our heroes!

I stopped at point s thinking I would just get my tires rotated, but little did I know I needed two tires replaced urgently. Since I had no idea this was an issue, I came completely unprepared and panicked when I realized I didn't know how to pull it off. The guys at point s were so kind and helpful, they helped find a solution and went way above and beyond to make sure I could leave safely. I'm so grateful for their willingness to think outside the box, and their personal commitment to my well being...above and beyond any monetary transactions...is something I haven't experienced for a long time. Good on you, point s!

Great prices for labor and if you know exactly what you need replaced you can bring your own parts for them to install unlike less Schwab's.

I was on the road with a tight schedule and had a tire blow out on my trailer. They were able to get me a new tire installed and a spare in under a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and the service was top notch!

Don't take nice wheels there as they will scratch, gouge, and chip them all up! Very unhappy with the install at this Point S tire location!
