Having listening skills would be good for their employees. I wanted a corn dog and mustard. I got two corn dogs and NO mustard. Minor annoyance but I’m disappointed in the overall disrespectful way I treated.

I've never had anything other than friendly service at this station when I stop in for a beverage or pack of smokes. I stop in there every so often on my way home from grocery shopping especially Saturday mornings. There is a gentleman there who is always very nice and seems to care about people. There should be more like him in this world.

We have always went to Gotta Stop for our gas and snacks. The work staff are friendly and provide good service. They have small tables inside and great coffee. ðŸ‘

Love the people and store. The locally owned business is something I wanna support because the major companies are everywhere. I like to keep local businesses in business.

If I could give a minus score, I sure would. Prices are insane! The manager is EXTREMELY rude. I do not recommend stopping in here. The manager will bluntly tell you to not come back if you have anything to say about prices and such. Sad really, used to be one of the better gas stations to stop at.

This place used to be great. Since management turned over this summer prices have slowly risen. I notice it most in the sodas because the price is right in your face, but what used to be $0.89 (44oz) is now up to $1.50. That's nearly double and the rest of the shop has definitely followed suit. Gas price is nearly always $0.10-.15 higher than at Space Age, too. It might be tolerable if the increase in price accompanied an increase in quality, but, while the bathroom mirror has gotten a shabby chic upgrade, it's still just as dirty as it was before. Now that I'm thinking about it, we noticed that the hot case baskets have been cut in half (two smallish chicken strips and six jojos for $4.99 is a pretty terrible deal considering DQ has a strip box with more food at a higher quality for $5) and cooked improperly more often than not. Lastly (and most sad of all), all of the regular workers have disappeared. As an Uber regular (multiple times a day regular), I just really miss the set of cashiers and cooks whose schedules were so predictable I could accurate predict who would be working at any given hour on any given day. The new staff is fine (ish) but it's concerning when a staff without turnover for years is suddenly gone to be replaced by glassy eyed teens who can't even give proper change. I don't really know what management is thinking overall. I'm guessing they are some corporation somewhere because everyone local is salivating over what is clearly going to be a deluxe gas station/mini mart a block over at Highland and 11th and any intelligent person would be trying to gather local support on the eve of some serious competition coming it. As it stands, once construction is done, I can't imagine anyone voluntarily paying those crazy prices. I doubt they'll still be in business by the end of next year.
