“What can I say? If you want to lift in peace and quiet this is the place. Facility is CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and RELAXING! Yes, relaxing even though it's a gym and your working away the fat or just destressing after a long day at work or even a rough day. And when you are all done use the massagers or the saunas.And if you want privacy there is a lot of spare rooms to do your workouts or stretching with no one bothering you.And to finish it off you can go play racquetball or basketball to burn off the last of your energy.The only thing missing is a drink bar or food bar for after your workout.”
