The guys are always spot on with service. The owner should get them a portacool during these hot months. I know he has the money. Stop being so cheap when these guys are making you money while you post up at your house.

I've been coming here for years now. Lots of new faces but seem to do decent work. The only negative was that I was in bay 2 and bay 1 & 3 vehicles came in later but finished before me. Shouldn't happen when was a truck.

I've been to Hermiston Quicky Lube many times over the past 3 years for various vehicles, commercial and personal. Always had good and friendly service, with no issues.
Had one of my personal vehicles in for an oil change and fluids in December, a Nissan XTerra. In and out quickly as usual with the good service.
Jump to today, 2/10/2024. I open my hood (I rarely drive this vehicle) to jump a dead battery, and the engine shroud is gone. It was on before I had my oil change, and now after, gone.
I went to the shop, showed them my last receipt, and stated the issue, which is, one of their guys left it off and didn't put it back on after the oil change. Incidentally, the shroud doesn't even need to come off.
I talked with the owner/manager and he stated it was virtually impossible for them to make that mistake! They simply don't make those mistakes was his posistion.
I was and am truly at a loss. I'm not trying to put one over. His guys made a mistake and he refuses to even acknowledge that they did.
I have 4 vehicles and I simply won't use them again. I know the customer isn't "always right", but in this case, they made a mistake and refuse to acknowledge it.
