Great gym! Great coaches! Lots of friendly faces and welcoming members. They also have lots of different times to workout - early morning and evening classes.

The atmosphere is great, the coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone from beginners in Crossfit to crusty old timers.
