The most amazing group of boys working at this location! I pulled in with an issue with my car and they immediately had me pull my car in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes!! They told me the problem and how to get it solved permanently when i made it back to my hometown. They went above and beyond and couldn’t be more thankful for their generosity and dedication to providing costumers with the BEST service. Thank you!! Definitely recommend this location!!

Just went in for a top off and was discussing what may have happened to my vehicle to the employees when the owner came out and said “this isn’t a social club” that was very rude and unprofessional

Sergio and Ricardo were top notch- very friendly, efficient. John the manager took my initial call when i asked if they were open and if able to do oil change and flush. he could tell i was stressed and asked me if i was okay. I had a problem with oil sensor reading low while traveling far from home, despite oil level being okay and no obvious junk in the oil on dipstick. my husband wanted me to get oil change and flush before trying more expensive option or having truck towed. i explained what was going on, they got me in right away and said they hoped along with my husband that a change and flush might fix issue, but couldn’t promise anything, obviously. they ran flush just a bit longer and carefully examined oil. Thankfully, it seems to have resolved the issue. i’ve traveled several hours and no oil or engine light, truck seems to be running better. i literally could not have asked for more.

*** HIGHLY RECOMMEND *** management (John) was on point! Absolute stellar customer service start to finish. His team greeted me with smiles, helped me with my vehicle, offered me coffee & warm area to wait (that is clean & neat). Explained the prices, showed me my filter & why I need to pay attention… actually walked out after my service VERY grateful for Jiffy Lube being part of our community and a solid option for my car’s needs. I’m very thankful we made the switch to bring our commercial fleet here few months prior. Beautiful experience. Thank you!!

They changed the oil quickly. My only complaint is the waiting room. It isn't very big and I had to stand. Oh, and they moved my seat super close, the guy was a bit shorter than me, but why move the seat? You drove it 12 feet.

Had oil changed today, used synthetic on a kia optima cost was $106.00. After leaving called quickly lube hermiston cost would of been $64.95 called jiffy they said it didn't matter they charge more all the time, Do youself a big favor and don't ever go to jiffy lube, long time hermiston resident 67 years don't like being ripped off.
