We had a heavy package to be returned to the manufacturer via FedEx and were just passing through the area. Tiffany made the process fast and easy. She was friendly and had us on our way in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.

To No Avail……..
I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on Shirley, from Mailing Made Easy, who truly went above and beyond in our recent return label saga.
After exhausting every option in town to return an Amazon package, I found myself in a bit of a pickle. Despite having the original bag for the return, I was met with a frustrating roadblock: the only return label I could get was a QR code. Apparently, this meant a trip to Tri-Cities to drop it off at a UPS store—something I was not keen on doing!
I reached out to Mailing Made Easy, hoping for a miracle. Enter Shirley, the embodiment of optimism and kindness! She was determined to help us navigate this shipping conundrum and worked tirelessly to see if she could print a barcode label instead. Unfortunately, despite her best efforts and multiple conversations with Amazon customer service (and even a supervisor), we still came up short.
~ Here’s the thing: it’s easy to complain when things don’t go our way, but I believe it’s equally important to recognize those who genuinely try to help. Shirley’s dedication and politeness were nothing short of amazing, and while we didn’t get the outcome we hoped for, her efforts did not go unnoticed. ~
So, thank you, Shirley, for your unwavering support and for making the process a little brighter! It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m grateful to have such a fantastic business in our hometown. I’ll definitely be back to Mailing Made Easy for any future needs!

The staff and owner at Mailing Made Easy are the best. They know what they are doing and they know what they are talking about. As with any shipping store, they can not guarantee delivery, they are not the handlers of the package when it has left their store for delivery, but they know and share the estimated delivery date. I have always been treated fairly and always trust what they tell me when I am shipping something or using their services. I trust they would not offer a service that they can not give correct information to the public about. Thank you Mailing Made Easy owner and staff for taking care of us with kindness and knowledge!

I should’ve done this sooner. It was about a month ago. I had to file some papers ASAP. The ladies that help me would like my favorite aunt and cousin so helpful so nice and caring. I was a frazzle. I had to have the papers by the next day, I really really appreciate them, if you have to drive out of your way, just a little bit go there it’s worth it smiles along the way

Great place and the employees and owner are very helpful and nice lady's. I've been with them for about 12 years now with my PMB Box and other useful shipping, or a fax or two. I'm happy where I'm at. I like it when it's family owned it's just more face to face and caring people.

I got turned down by the USPS in Hermiston when I wanted to send a single envelope as a piece of certified mail. So I came here. I just wanted to mail my item and be done. She did exactly that even though I had come in so close to closing. I couldn’t be more thankful for small business today. They did the apparently impossible job in Hermiston, mail an envelope with one piece of paper and give me a tracking number. Thank you! As a small business owner who was stuck mailing far from home your business made my business easy. I am very happy!

Horrible service Old racist white lady was insanely rude I traveled out here from California and needed to ship some stuff back and she tried to charge me $60 to shop small box back ... made rude comments throughout the entire time I was there .. broke hangers that I had clothes on. Canceled the transaction and still wanted to charge me some made up number for packaging that I didn't want!

After being referred to your establishment for an overnight shipping. I have got to say how disappointed & very unsatisfied I am. I understand that ppl have no control over weather conditions. But after paying $205.00 for an overnight shipment with all clear skies there & here in Hawai’i. There is truly no valid explanation other than merely incompetence & professionalism. You have got to do better!! My package wasn’t received until four days later!! FOUR DAYS!!!! Not only had we not had the item that was needed for a special event it was late!!! If you’re not going to guarantee a package delivery on a timely basis! THEN YOU SHOULDN’T BE OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU SURE AS HELL CAN NOT FULFILL LET ALONG MEET!!! UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!???

I had visited Shipping Solutions in Hermiston to ship a package only to be given the worst customer service. I took my business elsewhere and decided to visit Mailing Made Easy instead. All three ladies that were working that day were very helpful and kind towards me. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted even though they were busy with other customers. They gladly answered all my questions and had great patience with me. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment and highly recommend it to everyone. Keep it up ladies!
