Thank you! With all my heart! This place made me feel comfortable when I was a hysterical mess. They saved my beloved cat when others suggested euthanizing him. Cost for the whole surgery on his face $800. It was affordable and they cared for my boy like he was one of their own. They treated us like a friend/family verse another paycheck. His vet took time after hours to check on him. A follow up call a week and two weeks later ?. I’ll forever love this place and ALWAYS recommend. It’s worth my drive from Washington so my pets receive the BEST Veterinary care. Thank you to the whole team ?. It’s been almost 3 years since he was attacked. He has been living his best life ?

I would have given one star if it was only Sargent working in this office. There are kind vets there, he’s just not one of them. We were already established with them but had to come in one day for an emergency visit. My senior dog was having seizures. Instead of him caring and doing what he could, he just shrugged at everything I asked and charged up so much. Four hours in and I was already well over $1,000 for nothing. I could hear my dog crying in the back and they continued to tell me it wasn’t him when I knew it was.
Sargent told me that there was no point in staying and that they would call me for any updates. He laughed and told me “don’t forget to leave me money on the way out”. That completely crushed me that he could laugh about money in a time like this. My dog was most likely dying and he was laughing and seemed annoyed that I was wondering what was happening to him. I had to pay several hundreds more after that bill and ended up having to out my boy down because of the pain he was already in and from whatever else Sargent did to him.
He has no bedside manners. He doesn’t seem to know much about his profession, and he certainly doesn’t care about the animals.

Even after not having been to Oregon Trail vet for several years since our dogs have passed and we picked up two cats it was wonderful to go back to Oregon Trail as they treat you well when you enter they take really good care of your animals and the doctor comes in and sits with you and talks with you instead of having their technicians take care of everything other than just giving you a couple minutes they show they care and they spend the time they need to with the animals and we appreciate that thank you Oregon Trail vet for doing an outstanding job with our kitty

I would just love to say that you are all awesome. From the front desk (jakki especially) to the vets, just all around lovely. My girls (2 huskies) are well taken care of every single time, and I know they’re always in the best hands. Not o mention we are in and out! Thank you OREGON TRAIL VETERINARY CLINIC!

Had to wait for an hour an half before been seen ..just didn't feel they were respectful of my time . Took another half hour plus after seeing dr to get bill. No way to spin it. Not a good visit .More than likely my last time using them.

Excellent Vet, Dr Sergeant answered all my questions and was eager to meet KURI and get her ready for her trip to Alaska for SAR training. Highly Recommend.

They got me in fast, but did not treat my dog. They took urine for a UTI test. The urine was very dilute, but I was assured that the $200 culture would still be accurate (despite me questioning it multiple times). The culture came back negative for all growth, meanwhile my dog was having even worse UTI symptoms. I decided to go through a private company to get another test done. Before doing the second test, I spoke again with Dr. Sargent about not feeling right about the results of the first test. He assured me that if the second test came back positive we would discuss refunding my money. The second test came back VERY positive. I had the results sent right to the office. I also called and was told Dr. Sargent would reach back out to me, that they would put an urgent note on his board. They have ghosted me.. I've never heard back. Not even to treat my dog. I ended up being forced to take her to the doggy ER to actually get her treated. Avoid this place...

Friendly staff and great vet. Competitive prices with other local vets and they do a lot for the rescue animals so we support them fully& highly recommend!

This place is the best! Always polite, always helpful and friendly. They understand that our pets are family members and treat them and us with dignity and respect.

I took my husband's service dog in to Oregon trail on the 10th of May as he was vomiting and was losing weight. The vet ran tests and x rays said he had a stomach virus and gas. (897.00)They prescribed meds. A week goes by and he is still vomiting and losing weight rapidly. I called Oregon trail again and they said to double the medication they prescribed. I then took him to Hermiston Vet. They did more x rays and diagnosed him immediately with Mega Esophagus. I should of taken him to Hermiston vet first. Very disappointed in the Care and lack of concern for the amount of money spent. I do not recommend Oregon trail and will NEVER bring another family pet there.

What an awesome place with amazing people! We needed an emergency c-section for a mama that had her last puppy stuck. Dr. Sargent and his wonderful assistant met us at their office about 11:30 pm and worked their magic! Thank you guys, we appreciate it very much! ?
