Will not step foot back in this store i needed some oil and transmission fluid had my kid with me and the assistant manager was so rude and yelled at me about the card machine wasn’t working twice that it scared my kid it wasn’t working so instead of saying try again he YELLED get your card out and re do in reality it wasn’t my card because it did it to the person in front of me and he yelled at him also the guy has no customer service skills and has a real anger problem.

For those who complain Orielleys is really two businesses. Retail up front and commercial in the back.As for someone saying is that all they hire is people who don't know about cars? No but the ones who do usually find better paying jobs and leave. It's retail people do you get great service at Walmart? They have to go by what corporate dictates about hours so yes there is only going to be two counter persons working and maybe 3 in the summer. It's a low wage job for a billion dollar company. Sorry but AutoZone isn't any better. I'm ASE certified and worked there myself and to be honest Orielleys too. It's not the employees fault it's lack of training from a Walmart like store that cares for only money in the end . That's why I became certified and found a better paying career.

Carlos is a top notch expert. He took the time to help me figure out what the code could be (from the diagnostics) and gave me product and/or method solutions to fix my issue(s). Patient, willing and a great attitude towards the customers.

Prepare to be ignored.... don't get it twisted they have a job to do, helping you isn't the priority. Also no air conditioning for over a month????? It's 100 degrees out. Who is running this place???
