We took great care of our apartment and cleaned it very thoroughly before moving out. We did a walk through before handing the keys and the only thing that the employee pointed out that needed more cleaning was that there was dust in the air conditioning unit and that we didn’t sweep behind the refrigerator and behind the oven. Also the refrigerator door wouldn’t close all the way the whole time we lived there and we contacted preferred property 3 times and each time they would just say it was fixed and it really wasn’t. Anyways back to the cleaning fee, they charged us $552 for the cleaning fee at 65$ and hour. The lady even made a comment saying it shouldn’t take long to clean than proceeds to charge us for 8.5 hours of work. There is no way that it took more than an hour to clean behind the fridge and to clean out the dust in the AC unit.

I have been a renter for a few years now. They were more than amazing at getting me in. That may be this management as a whole, or just the best lady ever!! ? I can say the only issue I have had, aside from rising rent cost (which is Everywhere!) That I had to pay a small fee when I locked myself out and they rescued me. The issue with that is... I didn't want to have to pay for it ?

Me and my sister have been living there for a couple months and have enjoyed it so far, only had one problem but it was an easy fix. I do have a problem with the laundry door I’ve never gotten a code to open the door because it was always open with a rock but I did laundry today and got locked out and can’t get back in. Does anyone have the code, I would contact preferred property but they’re closed?. All my work clothes are In there.

They always treated us kindly and fairly. I felt safe with them as my landlord and I can't say that about all of the landlords I've had.

Currently I don't rent from them but my experience in the past has been good d. However, the rent prices seem to be more than they should be asking.

Very bad experience, there was a lot of resistance when assisting me and I took a translator because they told me that they did not speak Spanish and there was a girl who does speak but she was bad at assisting us and ignored us completely. I give my opinion that there should also be bilingual people to help to the people

Semi willing to work with people but really devastated my children when we found out that they decided we have to move out of our home of 6 years because my 1 yr old son makes our occupancy "too much". We just signed our lease renewal a few months ago. Never a late rent payment but it doesn't seem to matter. Always have a plan b in other words! :( very nice properties and getting more expensive by the year.

We had to move out because they evicted us even though we pay good I just feel like they are stealing money from us it was hard to find somewhere to rent in because there are a lot of people in hermiston we used to have a nice landlord before he sold it to preferred property everything changed when preferred property was our landlord if u want to rent somewhere don’t rent in preferred property because they are very strict.
