As long as you have insurance that covers vaccination its all good. However our son went in as an uninsured person and spent 250.00 on flu and covid vaccination. We should have looked it up first as he could have got the shot free at Walgreen in Kennewick. Facility is clean and organized. Pain free shots through one lady and quite different with the other..

It's obviously bad management. I have been a devoted customer since I moved here five years ago. The pharmacy staff has always been helpful and friendly, but there is only so much they can do. I know there is a shortage of pharmacists, but why does that affect this store more than everyone else?On a regular basis when I call when they are open the phone rings and rings because they are too busy to take care of all of their customers so it can take a few attempts to get through, and at night the phone system says they aren't open. Then sometimes they just aren't open on a normal business day, but when I call them the phone rings and rings like a normal business day, so I wind up driving to the store to get an answer to my question only to find that they are closed.At times the way this store is run has severely negative consequences for it's customers. For me it winds up being 24-ish hours of neurological hell. I have finally had enough and having my stuff sent to Murray's in Boardman.Don't tell me that you are sorry. That response is worn out. Someone has to take actual responsibility for what is going on. If you can't solve these problems you shouldn't be in business.

My husband gets a prescription called in to them! Then can't find any pharmacists in the store! Its been as long a 5 days for them to have the prescription ready! An anbiotic usually needs to start same day! They r rude and disrespectful , he just called and they picked up and hung up at the same time! They should be closed!!!!!

Service is horrible, can't get prescriptions on time, even those on auto-refill, had to change to a different pharmacy to be able to get the prescriptions I need.

I went to the the ER Saturday because I had an asthma attack website says open Sunday my husband went to get my medicine that I need and it was closed next day on Monday he went to pick up they were closed didn't open till 10am just to tell me I have to wait till after 2pm my asthma can't wait that long might have to go to the ER again just because I wasn't able to get my medicine on time also I don't have health insurance so I have to pay out of pocket for the ER and my medicine ?

To be honest, I never feel that compelled to leave a negative review but after my last 2 experiences with this pharmacy I had to. The blonde lady working the drive thru was SO rude and disrespectful because I noticed I didn’t get the correct prescription I needed refilled. I opened one of my other prescriptions to show her it wasn’t my inhaler and she rudely stated she couldn’t take my prescription back which isn’t even what I wanted her to do. She said if I was going to be rude we could leave! SHE was the one who is rude and inconsiderate about peoples medications. The last time I came I waited in line for so long to be told they didn’t even start on my prescriptions yet because of staffing issues. Honestly it doesn’t surprise me that they can’t hire anyone there that wants to stay and work. Who wants to work with toxic people in a toxic work environment ?? Last straw.

Very rude. Can’t seem to answer phone. Was told by store manager they take walking for COVID booster shots. Get there told no only between 2-3. Gave me a form to bring back. I went elsewhere and had no problems. Went on line to schedule an appointment and couldn’t because they want a Gmail email address. Ordered COVID home tests on line. Called about them two days later. Was told we don’t have any very rudely. Will not do business with them.

Drive thru always around the corner, maybe because they’re always closed, the person who “helps” you at the window is insanely rude. they put your medications back on the shelf after only a week of not getting them, so if you work all week, you have to find time in between working to get them, because they’re closed half of the time, lunch, and on the weekends. One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to, and I’m always treated like garbage by the person at the window. Terrible service, all round. Highly do not recommend. If you can help it.

Yet again, closed (drive thru) with a sign in the window. Not sure what is going on here but it is absolutely ridiculous, will be reporting this to rite aid directly as well, most people need to be able to get their medications, don't see how that is possible when their always closed.

Absolutely zero stars. Horrible beyond words pharmacy. Aren't open half the time and unavailable to get my medication. Very poor management and staffing abilities. They can't get another pharmacist and that's on them. Cant get my medication because of their closure. If you want stable meds then go elsewhere. Theyre too busy or closed otherwise.

Well thank you rite aide for reminding me of why I don't use your pharmacy. I used to till I couldn't take the wait, rudeness of staff and I could go on. Recently due to a situation I had to take a prescription there! Nothing has changed. They say due to labor shortage and the volume of calls is why it takes them so long!! It always has been a horrible situation there. Jim Peter's your recording expresses this is due to a pandemic? First of all we are on the down hill slide and second of all I really hope that you will take this serious about this Riteaide always has been bad!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would never answer the phone the pharmacy gave me the wrong medication THREE TIMES !! They are rude never opens on time like how are they even still open switching pharmacies !!!

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been calling for weeks to try to get my inhaler refilled and my call was answered ONCE to which I was told, they are waiting to hear back from my doctor and told me to call them. He was very rude. I tried calling rite aid back once I did and it’s been 3 days, no answer. Apparently it’s an ongoing thing. If you have weeks to wait, go for it but if you need your medication asap, take my warning and go elsewhere.
