My appointment for a scheduled maintenance check was conducted exceptionally well. Luis (Service Rep) checked me into the Service Department: provided information for what was going to be performed; let me know when my vehicle would be ready; and if I had any questions regarding my new Toyota Highlander. All work was completed and Luis did a good review for what was done. Thanks Luis. Before departing the Dealership, I talked to Al Gutierrez (Sales Rep) about some of the technical aspects of my car. Without hesitation he spent time to answer all questions and that I knew how to implement and/or change all of the safety and technology features. Thanks Al. I like this Dealership!

We had an excellent experience working with Jaime and Ruben at Rogers. We had never bought a car from a dealership and were honestly nervous to work with a car salesman at all. I never write reviews about anything, but i wanted to make a point to do so because I like these guys and they deserve credit in changing my outlook on the car buying process. Thanks again fellas, your service was icing on the cake!

Rogers Toyota has always been prompt when doing our oil change and tire rotation The free car wash, when another dealer 25 miles wants $25, is an added benefit.

Bought a nice used 2017 F350 from Jason. Drove all the way from Montana to wheel and deal on it. It had some weather stips on the roof come off. They followed through and had our Ford dealer in Montana fix it. I will definitely consider buying another vehicle off them!

I stopped in to check availability of accessories for my new pickup. I was greeted in the parking lot by an employee who escorted me to the parts counter. The parts manager was very friendly and helpful identifying options for my truck and took my name and # to call me when more options become available.

8/23/24 Blair and Ruben made finding and purchasing our hard to find new Sienna as easy as possible. They were honest and straight forward, and there were zero surprises in closing the deal. I would highly recommend calling them even if you are from out of the area like we are. They will be getting the first call from us when the time comes for another vehicle.

Great dealership in eastern Oregon. I found the perfect 2024 Prius Limited AWD at Hermiston and though it required me to fly there it was well worth it. Dexter Baird was my internet sales consultant and he was awesome to work with. From my initial inquiry and final delivery of my car Dexter was very attentive and assuring especially when buying from a dealership far away. Dexter is the kind of sales professional that wants you to come back when considering another purchase. I’ve highly recommended Rogers Toyota and Dexter to my coworkers and friends.
