They won't give u an actual quote they give u one off the top of their head about 3 times the price it should be. Even when u ask for a real one, they continue to guess. They also act like getting off their butt and helping customers are the most inconvenient thing ever. Go to mailing made easy instead where they treat u with respect and know what they are talking about. And it's a third of the price.

Nice enough lady works there in the mornings.
However if you need to use their FedEx service I would look somewhere else.
The young lady that helped me ship my package sent it to the wrong place. Then when I called her for help she couldn't figure it out. She told me she would have her boss call me asap. Never did receive a call. Now my wife is still stuck in Portland with no car key, as that is what was be shipped.
Now I have a wife and car stuck hundreds of miles away and no key.

Usually I have such a good experience. Sometimes not so great interactions but I came back. However, today I was already having a rough day at work and had to ship something else asap as the post office was already closed. I went in and saw this curly haired lady (no issue with the other ladies I’ve met they always been so pleasant) she was scanning boxes. I asked her if I can leave it she said yes. I didn’t know exactly where to put it since her cart was full so I asked her if I can place it next to the counter. In the most rudest, annoyed tone “NO, leave it here”. As if I was so stupid to ask such a question. I know we can have rough days but I did not cause such a rude reaction. I’m always really sympathetic and respectful to employees as I’ve worked retail before. As I said before I had a rough day myself and quite honestly did not need anymore bad interactions. I really wish they’d work on their customer service because that is so uncalled for. It’s not hard to be kind to people especially people who aren’t trying to make your job any difficult.
