I don't know how to express how amazing Justin the owner is. We were heading back home to Canada after six months of traveling in America. When our diesel started to make a whining noise like a blown turbo bearing. We stopped for the night in Hermiston O.R. found his shop on the web and called him in the morning. He got us in right away. We told him of our major break down in Florida a month to fix a two week job. Turns out they put a clamp on upside down and it wore through a upper exhaust pipe. He didn't have one in stock and the dealer said a couple days. Turns out Justin ha a used one,but would sell it to me because he doesn't believe in selling used parts. So he said he could give it to us for free and charge us for two gaskets and labor. Because we had the engine torn down in Florida the gaskets being new were good. He put it all together under three hours. Refused to take any money he said we had enough unexpected troubles so he is playing it forward. That was fantastic I wish he was the one who worked on our truck with the major break down. Justin really knows his diesel trucks. And he is a breath of fresh air in a business where not all shops are so good.

Justin and Andrew showed the upmost respect and attention to what my needs were. Never tried upsell or haggle. They listened to what I needed, gave me a price and got the job DONE. They always go into detail on what is going to be done, what was done and recommend certain things but never push it. Justin’s integrity truly shows when you ask him if you should have them install a high priced aftermarket part and he flat out doesn’t recommend it. Then educates you on why you should stick with what you NEED and in the end saves you money. I will be returning to them for further work without a doubt. Thank you Swag Diesel.

No! Last year scheduled work on my work truck that is my Detection K9 Unit dog truck. Scheduled the work 2 months in advance, kept in touch with the schedule. I had the truck towed into his shop. I checked on the work every week trying not to bother him. After 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks! He still had not even looked at it. He admitted he kept taking in stranded auto owners and was fixing them before scheduled work plus his Monday stranded diesels parked at his closed gate received his urgent attention. I realized I should not of scheduled the work and should have just parked it at his closed gate on a Monday morning and it might of received attention sooner than 7 weeks!!! I was forewarned he was only into doing work on the jacked up trucks and no longer giving attention to work trucks....I stopped by his shop and true.....the 2 trucks in his shop he was doing cosmetic jacking up the trucks and my work truck was parked in the back collecting dust. I got it towed once again but to another shop and it just needed a new water pump, which was originally thought. I got my truck back from the other shop in 3 days. I do not know if he doesn't respect women but he did not respect me. He knew I put out 'cop dogs' and total dis-respect from him. So, no I do not recommend him for women diesel owners, police vehicles or for the local farmers!

My truck went kablewie in the middle of a hunting trip. I limped in mid day pulling a camper, without appointment.They let me set up my trailer in the back lot and jumped right on my truck! He even stayed until past dark to get it done and get me back on the road!The amount he charged me was so little, it made me feel like I was stealing.EXCELLENT MORALS!He could have changed me whatever he wanted. I had no other options.Super informative, and excellent craftsmanship.Very open and honest.I live 4 hours away.... but I'll tow my truck if I need to. This guy is now my main diesel Mechanic.THANK YOU SWAG!
