Paid $500 for a pre-owned Note 20 Ultra 5g. Only thing they didn't mention to the non-tech-savvy customer was it was the N986U1 model [Unbranded International model] without the required Verizon specific firmware for video calling. Carrier video calling [Verizon] doesn't work. They didn't make it right, cause they sold an International model phone [N986U1] to a Verizon customer. Then they want to charge $25 to re-flash the phone with N986U VZW specific firmware to the phone, when they should have made sure everything worked before selling it!!!

From the very moment I contacted this store their communication was near non existent. They told me to bring my phone in for repair. So I set up I time because they needed to order parts. The day when I went to drop my phone off, they informed me the part was on back order. Would have been nice to know before I went in. I checked back several times over the next week or so. So I found and bought the part on my own. When I called to see if they could install it for me, they quoted my $100 when I set the appointment to have them fix it they quoted me $70 including the part. Now that I have the part they want charge more... not a good way to do business. I will not be getting my phone repaired at this location.

I contacted because someone referred me to them as a possibility to fix the screen on my laptop. He was polite and answered my questions. The price he quoted me was a little higher than I expected. I ended up buying a new laptop at Walmart for less than the repair cost. But I do know that he is fair and upfront, he came highly recommended to me.

Cell fix is a ver nice store to fix your device my device wasn’t working and they fixed it instantly so I don’t know why some people are putting bad reviews on cellfix they deserve at least a 4-5 review but I am gonna give them a 5 stars

Stopped in to get the screen fixed on my laptop, parts needed to be ordered and those took approximately a week to come in. Replacing the screen took them no time at all. Happy with the fix, I'll be brining my husband's cracked phone screen in next! We just called ahead to see if the screen would need ordered, or if they had any in stock, and we're happy with the price quoted.

Beware. Took an iPad in to have the plug in port fixed. Got a call that it was fixed, but they had broke the screen and the finger print scanner. Both had to be replaced. Fingerprint scanner no longer works. According to them, that’s on Apple as they have a policy that you get one and only one scanner that works. If they hadn’t broken it, there wouldn’t have been an issue. They still charged full price even though I did not get my iPad back in full working mode. Not good customer service.

Back glad of my iPhone XS was completely shattered and they fixed it for a good price. The overall end result was very acceptable and the staff are very informative.
