It’s aight n all but neighbors kinda loud bathroom fan don’t work fire alarms are really sensitive. But if your able to make it roomy and clean about every week it can turn into a pretty nice place.

If you want an apartment that has mice and mold in the walls then move here. The staff is rude and nosy and the manager is horrible. We waited 8 months for a light to be fixed in our kitchen and it never was fixed. Management sent an warning they would tow cars that were in the wrong spot but never acted on it. As a result we had someone in our spot at least 2x a week. They charged us a crazy fee for a cut in the carpet when we moved out. The carpet had zero holes while we were there or when we moved so we think they made it up. They charged us over $1,100 in fees when we left. If I could give them zero stars I would

‼️DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️ This place is not worth it, do not rent for Preferred Property, they are just trying to take your money. They’re unfair and do not care about the residents. While we were staying here we noticed that there was mice in the walls and mold growing on every corner. (We were pretty sure that there was mold in the walls as well.) Look for other apartments.

I've been looking for a apartment around this area for the past couple months and with no one getting back to me but the management here at tower, Tessa was very quick and helpful with getting me established and staff is very friendly.

The worst people ever . The leasing consultant was talking bad about us with another co worker while on the phone with us . Gave us attitude and did not help at all .very very rude the worst . Canceled my application right away .

Moved in when Maria was the manager, she was nice, polite and seemed to genuinely care. Current manager is rude, unprofessional and harasses tenants while they're out walking. Won't make up their mind about how to resolve issues, which means every time you speak to them it's something new. Don't stay here. Anywhere else in town is better. This review includes Townhouse because they're also managed by the same person.

Tower apartments were a decent place to live in Hermiston. Autumn, the apartment manager, and her team were fantastic to work with for any issues or questions, and easy to contact during office hours! The maintenance team was solid the whole time we were there, always willing to help and quick with work order turn arounds! I would recommend this community.The only reason for 4 stars is due to dog messes being left in the yard from other tenants. The dog stations are always stocked but you can only lead a horse to water.

Their website barely works, and their staff just don't care. I applied for an apartment, by the time I got to the end of the application and submitted my application fee ($330!) the apartment I was applying for had been changed on me, and was opening 2 months later than advertised. Basically, the terms of a contract were changed on me while I was filling out the contract, after I had filled out the portion that was changed, with no notification to me. When I called and explained the situation, I was basically told that I was just out of luck and they can't be responsible for their own website. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS, THEY ARE DISHONEST Update: After further contact with the property manager Autumn Harvey, I can say that if you ever have a problem at this apartment that doesn't involve a cut and dry legal situation like mine, you're gonna be in even more trouble. She is combative, defensive, and just unhelpful in general. All those people saying that the heat and the ac don't work and management is terrible? At this point I'd believe the reviews without ever having stepped foot on the property.

Do not recommend they take your deposit and refuse to return deposit when you choose not to take the appointment because of the poor conditions do not rent here

The previous manager (Marie) was nice, but by far the worst apartment I have ever lived. They charged me unnecessarily and ridiculously for the issue that was not even an issue. Laudry room didn't have dryer for almost 4 months. The maintenance was called but never picked up the phone. And lastly it was charged from my deposit. Kids running around making noise and windows AC is just for noise rather than cooling the apartment. All these were fine until I left the apartment and the charge amount for the apartment was off the top. DONOT STAY. I don't even want to give a one star rating. So disappointed with this place. I have lived in previous 4 apartments in other parts of the US but never had the issue until this.

I just would like to thank Gabby, Terry n Mark for making living in an apartment very comfortable n pleasant. Gabby since she started has had some fun contests n does make them fun. ??? I rent because I like things fixed n the guys try hard to accomplish work orders timely n completely. N they always clean up after themselves ??? I am glad I followed my instincts n came back home to Hermiston
