Nice place way over charged left clean but they still took our deposit n charged us for stuff that was already damaged if u go with them make sure u write down every lil detail that’s not right

The staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance will do the repair jobs quickly.I love that we have two parking spots for each unit. Pet friendly. I recommend Town Villa for families.

Never respond to my emails or phone calls, and everytime I've called it just rings until it goes to voice-mail. Also no one was in the office the few times I've stopped by to try to talk to someone about available units.
