Once we bought a very nice used 2011 Toyota Corolla, we've been taking her to Rodgers for regular care & we can say our car is still in top shape & we plan on continuing to take our car to Rodgers for regular upkeep

My experience buying a rav4 prime was overall average. Due to a few reasons I might hesitate to return or recommend the dealership to others. The pros: - the original agreed upon price was upheld and nothing extra was added or forced onto the purchase- no markup added to the MSRP of vehicle- staff was cordial and pleasant to work with- staff were cool about picking me up to bring me to the dealership from the bus stationThe cons:- the car got held up in the port for over 2 months, and then when it finally got delivered I was given short notice with very little wiggle room to get to the dealership or they said it'd get put on the lot for sale. Really not cool of them to put that pressure on the customer. I had to lose a day of work/wages because of it.- no incentive or loyalty reward offered for the fact that I stuck it out to support their dealership despite the port slow down. I could have easily acquired the vehicle elsewhere instead of waiting indefinitely. They didnt seem to care.- after the vehicle finally arrived they surprised me with requiring that a portion of the vehicle be financed due to being from out of the area. When the original deposit was made they said paying all cash would be fine as an option. This was the most egregious of the negatives from my experience with them.- there were obvious communication problems between sales and finance, as I was told different instructions about how much had to actually be financed. Also, the finance rep seemed incensed that I declined the protection package despite me telling the sales rep that I decided not to do it. They drew up papers with it still on there.- I was also told unclear and changing instructions about how soon I could pay off the loan in full if so desired. Very confusing.- somehow my name had a typo on it when docs were sent to toyota financial services, which created a clerical headache for me. Was definitely either a human error or computer glitch as the cause, as I know how to write my own name... I did review my copies to make sure.- the staff were unfamiliar with how to process the WA state EV tax exemption, Despite being right on the WA border. They declined to enact the exemption at the time of sale. Then when i spoke to their title clerk a few weeks later they said it should have been done during the sale. Clearly not everyone is on the same page. I allegedly have a check coming..

Blair and Bryce were awesome! These two worked with us as we were 3 hours away on a used truck that was just traded in and they went to the lot and sent me a video of the vehicle. The dealership is friendly and not pushy at all. They were very professional but had great personal touches to the sale. Truck was used but they took the time to have it fully detailed and it looked brand new when we drove it off the lot. We will be back in a few years to trade in our Rav4.

These guys rock. From negotiating the final purchase price to working with me and my bank to make the deal was easy considering how stressful buying a car can be at times. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with people who are legitimately good people. times. Chris and Cory were great.

Very accommodating, fast responses to and emails, as well as calls. We liked the demeanor of Al Gutierrez, our sales person. He was very calm, answered our questions and was kind. We live in Washington State and we were willing to drive over 3 hours to work with him! He was forward thinking and found the vehicle we wanted in a truck not even on the lot yet but in transit to the dealership.

This evening my husband and I went in to appraise a vehicle for a potential trade in. We worked with Casey who was extremely KIND! I capitalize that because you don’t see kindness these days in many places of Customer Service/Sales. We haven’t had the best of experiences with purchasing vehicles. Actually to be frank, we’ve pretty much always regretted our purchases and felt “swindled” after because of the pressure. That did not happen here!! From sales to the finance rep Corey (he’s a funny guy) it was just a genuinely easy process that felt COMFORTABLE! We traded in and drove home with a 2022 RAV that is perfect for our family and lifestyle and they were able to keep updating and communicating with us every step of the way to get us in our price range. A big thank you to all the employees at Rogers Toyota for helping give me a new positive experience and perspective on purchasing from a dealership, for the first time, in 12 years! Traded my 2020 Grand Cherokee in for a 2022 Venza. Another fair deal with a seamless transaction. Definitely recommend this dealership & the sales staff! Make the drive, you won't regret it.

I need a second key for the 4RUNNER I just purchased. The service department said it would take 2 hours. 45 minutes later, they were done. I was very happy with the service

Saul a car that I've been looking for here on their website on a Friday night. I reached out and they were very responsive. I bought two other brand new Toyotas this year at out-of-state dealerships. By far Rogers was the best dealership to deal with. They provided all the pictures that I wanted. Additionally I wanted some undercarriage photos, and they provided that on time. I flew into town next day after putting a deposit. Vehicle was exactly as described. It was very happy. That took care of all the registration. Which ever had a problem with other dealerships when purchased out of state. They were right on the money and they were very friendly and got the job done.

No, no and no. I would not recommend Rogers Toyota of Hermiston. I went in with my own financing through my bank and chose a new Toyota camry to purchase. When I had questions as to why I needed to fill out credit apps, provide all of my financial details reasonably I had questions because I had already done all of this with bank. It was clear that my questions were upsetting the saleswoman. I continued to have questions when she spoke of me going over the paperwork with finance because, well, I sign paperwork with my bank and they give payment to rogers. Her attitude got terrible and cold so I walked out. If you want someone's money you should be kind and willing to answer questions. I got what I needed at honda of tri cities with great service.

Wouldn't sell me a vehicle because I live in Portland, sounds like bad business and horrible customer service. I will be sure to tell everyone that this place is no good. I hope they wither away in the little community they are in with limited buyers. Doug was rude and once I told him I didn't live in his 'community' the tone of his voice was very unfriendly.
