Very very honest people. I asked for forced regen and agreed on $65. Mechanic works 15 minutes on my truck and showed me all problems that exist with my EGR. regen stops after 2 minutes and did not work and he DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING. HONESTY STILL EXISTS?

Our truck was leaking some DEF fluid and we needed someone with more knowledge to take a quick look and see if it could be quickly fixed or was at least safe enough to get us the rest of the way home. We were rudely told they "only had 3 techs" and so they couldn't help us..go anywhere but here if you need assistance.

Service department is garbage. They acted like they didn't want any business. Went to freightliner nw across the highway. And they got me fixed right away.
