One place that has changed for better service is the Walmart Pharmacy. Everyone I've met with while getting prescription have been professional as well as friendly. A light smile at the counter takes the edge off your daily stresses.

They process my refills quickly; less than 2-5 minutes wait time, quickly asking questions and locating my prescription. I have experienced low customer service in the past but as of late, they have gotten much better.

They constantly try to charge a co-pay fee when there isn't one, and if your needing any pain meds, they will make the doctor re-write the prescription to only slow so many doses per week. They are not doctors and have no right to so that.

I went here with a pain med prescription after having surgery and was told that I had come in too late and that 15 minutes wouldn't have been enough time to fill my prescription, even though I had just explained that I had just gotten released from the emergency room. I will never use this Walmart again.

Oh wow. Not worth the hassle. Just pay a little extra and go to Good Shepherd or Safeway. As per Walmart corporate culture, they only have one person at the window to help 39 people in line. Claudia was doing her best at the window marked drop off. Not her fault her employer doesn't staff correctly. Sabrina was at the other counter marked pick ups and she doesn't help anyone. Her only function seemed to be to bark at customers to get in Claudia's line. My prescription was for a pet and should have been ready since it was called in the day before. One would think "pick ups" would be the correct line! There was excessive confusion that I was picking up a prescription for "Miss Kitty". They had to call the doctor and pull her out of surgery to get her MDI number. Maybe someone could have asked her for that when she called it in the day before? Doing so would have saved an hour of my valuable time. I will not be back. Next time I will drive to Tri Cities to get pet meds.

This place has so many problems where to begin. 1. Incredibly understaffed. 2. Waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told that my prescription would be ready in an hour, so I arrived in 2 hours, waited in line for another 30 minutes and finally got to the pharmacist to only be told that the doctor hasn't authorized the refill. Its not worth waiting and being lied to save a couple of bucks. What if someone was a terminal cancer patient that needed their radiation pills? This will likely be the last time I will go to this Walmart pharmacy and I will pay the extra cash to go to Riteaid or Safeway from here on out.

Waited in line for over 30 mins to get a refill And gave up. Went home and tried calling 4 times. Each time was put on hold for 15-20 mins. I used to work here so I know how it runs. Main reason I quit. They treat customers like they don't matter.

They say 15 minutes and have you wait over an hour to pick up medications
