We bought a 1999 Toyota Avalon for the low low price of $2400, which is ridiculous as the car pulls to the right the more you drive it, the front left tire exploded, and the dealer didn't file our paperwork correctly so the DMV won't give us our license plate or registration. Now after all that he isn't contacting us back despite saying he would, and he would handle all problems that popped up at the time of sale. I wouldn't buy here again and am seeking a lawyer.

While looking at a vehicle for my mother in law the salesmen would not share the price or the interest rate. My mother in law was present and gave permission to share said information. After thorough investigation of the vehicle and almost no oil on the dip stick we were concerned as a group that the vehicle would not make it far. Concealing potential high cost and high interest made me happy to help my mother in law from being blind sided. Once the salesman realized this wasn’t an easy sale/victim he started to threatening me looking for an altercation. Comments were made about my weight along with choice words looking to provoke me. Not only was this the single worst customer service experience, but this salesman gives all other car salesman a bad name. Please avoid this car lot at all costs.

I went here looking for a decent priced SUV and I left the lot with what I thought was a good car however in less than 2 months the alternator went out the battery went out the serpentine belt busted and the water pump seized, when I took the car into a mechanic they said the water pump was so damaged that it had to have been like that for months so before I even bought the car, the water pump busted causing the fan to go sideways and causing a hole in the fan the car is pretty much worthless now.....my advice to ppl who go to this place is dont because they take advantage of people who know minimal about cars and they act like it's a good sale.....NVR going back there I've never had so many problems with a car I just bought in my life...

Back in November, 2019 Ron went to a car auction “specifically for me.” He bought a car that I I hated hated (without my approval. I was at work and unavailable for his call) then couldn't pay for it. He told me that he did not have the money and would be denied access to the auctions in the future if he didn’t cash it out by the end of the day. I would ruin his business! I felt terrible! I immediately secured a loan, paid for it, got a purchase order and told him to sell it and reimburse me ASAP! He sold it back in November for $11,500.00 and has refused to give me my $ back. I had to hire an attorney last month to write him a letter and help me get my money back. I have been unsuccessful thus far. I have called, begged and pleaded. He always had an excuse! The attorney has sent him two letters. (150.00) he has not responded. Today is April 22, 2020 and I am still without a reliable car or the funds to purchase a used one! I am a 52 year old single mother of a 9 year old with a mortgage and a full time job. I care for my parents, (one of which I recently had to hire help for).
