This 711 is consistently awful, in person and on doordash. They're rude consistently and they're rude to the doordashers. Just miserable people. The Cornell 711s, both of them, are better than this one.

This place hates the fact they have customer. They treat you like your messing up their day. I bought a pizza and he looked at me like I was the worst person in the world for wanting them to cook it for me. The look on their faces says all. Especially Shahed. That guy hates his job. Just try smiling at him. He scowls back. It's would be funny if it wasn't so.. deep.

At approximately 12:20pm today my service dog and I were harassed by the gentleman in this photo. He was completely out of place telling me that my dog was not allowed in the store. Not even asking if she was a service animal. I have a letter from my psychiatrist that allows me to take her anywhere. Because she is a psychiatric service dog (PSD). I told the cashier I was not going to give him grief about it. However he went off on me when I asked him to please research laws about service dogs. So here we are. Shame on you “Shahed”

If you order uber or a food delivery service avoid this 711 they dont care and will mess up your order consistently or just not give u half of you things rest assured.

Had an issue with an employee and an item I bought at the store and I reached out to customer service and they made it right. So I'm changing my review from 1 star. I appreciate how fast the customer service and the owner responded to me about the incident as well.

Your local 7-11 in Hillsboro is a great place to get your own firstly made coffee or get some nice cold slurpees( although the coffee machine didn't look that clean). There are tons of snacks to choose from, and they even have a variety of hot meals such as pizza, chicken, and hot dogs.The atmosphere in the store was pretty chill.

Indian gentleman at the counter called me a liar when I told him the wings were 5.99 for 5 without a reward number, the sign on the hot food case has the price visible. He got rude and raised his voice while telling me to leave and that I’m not welcome in his store because he knows prices, not me. He should be re trained in basic customer service.

This Asian (looked Indian) guy working at the store shouted at me for not knowing how to do his job. ( he didn’t knew how Apple Pay works lol) I am filing serious corporate complaint against this store today and I hope their employees are working legally. I know I would be mad to if I had to work in 7 11 on weekend but that’s not the way to treat your customers!
