Multiple order problems the day that was scheduled for delivery they couldn't make it because their truck didn't arrive on time. The second day I scheduled the delivery. I waited around the house all day furniture did not show up. I called them. They said they had me down for a nighttime delivery. I told him that wasn't possible because I've already had plans to be somewhere that night. Horrible customer service do not trust anything they say.

I've had great experience both times,I've leased to own twice in the last year and a half. Staff is very nice, and helpful and professional.

If I could give you a 0 I would. NO DELIVERY!!! SCAM STORE!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT IN STORE AND HIGHER UP!!! No notice to the customer you won't be delivering. I had to call the store. Rude general manager who said to get my own truck and come get it. I called customer service they had no idea you don't deliver. I canceled my contract at the store level and at the customer service level. MY CONTRACT IS STILL GOING. I have been lied to by everyone at this company. I have been waiting for a regional manager to call me for a week. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I WILL BE PUTTING THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!! EVERYONE DESERVES TO KNOW THIS SCAM.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aaron's. I purchased a stove online to be delivered on Apr 23rd. A week after that I get a call asking if it was delivered, no it was not and apparently never added to their schedule. She apologized and put us on the schedule for delivelry on Tuesday May7th between 12pm and 2pm Wonderful! *sigh* I wish that was the worst part but unfortunately it gets worse. On Tuesday May 7th we wait for the stove to be delivered, 12pm comes and goes, 1pm, 2pm 3pm and 4 pm, by 4:30 pm two and half hours passed estimated delivery time, I call and see what's going on. Apparently they no longer had any drivers employed to deliver ? so we sitting at home all day waiting for a delivery that was never going to come... We scramble to find someone with a truck to help us and the only person is our uncle. Upon his arrival on May 8th to help us pick up the stove he goes in urgently needing to use the restroom and they refuse to let him and he soiled himself because they refuse to help. My uncle had to leave and was unable to help us. ?
so to recap
1. Was never added to delivery schedule
2. Never informed on day of delivery that it would not be delivered because of staffing
3. Horrible customer service when asked to use restroom, exceptions can be made. YOU CHOSE NOT TO.

Only reason I give 2 stars is because of your rude staff and manager . Anytime I’m late on my payment they herrase you and are rude when they call . I understand they collect and want on time payments but who cares if I make my payment on my due date or after as long as I pay every month . If a late fee is added I pay it and don’t complain. I have paid off 2 agreements already as well. This should show I’m a customer that pays and doesn’t run off with unpaid furniture, and this should prompt your staff to at least not call me being rude if you must call me. I suggest you all find a way to start reporting credit . This way I have an incentive to pay early or on time otherwise an on time payment to you all doesn’t matter to me. As long as I pay you guys for the month don’t call me being rude.

Cesario helped my family out with a large order. He was very helpful, we showed up as the store was closing and he didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at all and we were able to get everything we needed one stop shop. The only negative is that the manager that is there is an absolute nightmare, honestly this company should promote Cesario because he is incredible with people the manager they have there now is a bit of an idiot. I believe her name was Kendall. Kendall bad. Cesario AMAZING!!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Aaron's was for renting furniture for my parents moving to Oregon. I had never rented furniture before and needed to rent furniture for my parents moving to Oregon. Hugo and Jacob were amazing to work with. The process was easy and they were flexible with delivery and pickup. I felt they were very honest and truly looked for the best deal for my parents. I wholeheartedly recommend Aaron's in Hillsboro for renting furniture. We rented bed, chairs and t.v.

The customer service for this location has always been great and never had any rude experience. When shopping in store there is always great selections and even some clearance items that were previously lease but still in great condition. We have been getting our furniture from this location the last 5 years. Our bed, TV and sofas. Still happy to this day. Thanks Aaron’s for having fair prices although could be a bit cheaper but still good especially when paid within the cash period.
